This place is really great. You wouldn’t necessarily expect it in Shasta Lake as there isn’t a whole lot else in this town, but the staff here all know what they are doing, seem to actually care about your treatment, and are all very friendly. They seem to all enjoy their jobs too which makes a big difference in getting a good experience someplace, especially if you have to keep coming back week after week. The energy in there is always positive and upbeat. I have no qualms about continuing therapy here as long as I need it.

They are the best in the area that I've worked with! Steven (the PT) stays VERY involved with you, I've also worked with Jim. They're both great as well as all of the staff. Very friendly, conscientious, and accommodating!

I received excellent treatment for my hip problems and everyone has been so nice. The staff has been attentive and pleasant the entire time. I had a less than satisfactory experience at a different facility so I am very lucky to have found this business.

Shasta Lake Physical Therapy has the best Therapists and aides of any PT I've been to. I have osteoarthritis in my hip and tendonitis in my shoulder. Shasta Lake PT was very professional and more importantly they listened to me. I have been to other PT providers before and I highly recommend Shasta Lake Physical Therapy.
