Shasta Cascade Health Centers - Mt. Shasta

I recently walked in to this clinic with severe pains. The doctor and staff were very caring, thorough and competent and took a lot of time with me. After a few tests, they referred me to Mt Shasta Hospital located next door for more in-depth tests. The doctor at the clinic called the ER doctor so when I got to the hospital, he was aware of my situation. I am new to the area and did not yet have a GP but will use this clinic in future for my medical needs. A few days following, the clinic texted to follow up with me after my ER visit. I was very happy with the service and care and thank everyone for taking such good care of me.

Can’t fax imaging requests to hospital, even after multiple calls, even after saying they would Can’t fill prescriptions correctly. Wife has now been out of meds for 5 days and this happens at least every 60 days Pathetic doctor, excuse me, nurse practitioner, with creepy bedside manner. Husbands watch how he acts around your wives. Most unprofessional medical team in siskiyou county

This doctor's office is a good office because there are no animals an the staff are very nice and friendly 😁

Fast and friendly service. Very short wait times. Dr Ridge is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor. I felt not only did he listen me, I felt he heard what I had to say. Very rare quality today in the medical field. I never felt rushed. It's so nice to have a quality medical facility in our tiny town of McCloud.

I've seen Claudia Awamleh & been in this office several times. Claudia is a really skilled & caring provider. She's routinely done more than I've expected in following through with referrals, prescriptions, etc. & has often followed up with me by phone. She is always thorough & takes as much time as needed. She listens to what I have to say. I feel that I get very good care from her & the office staff.

I had reservations regarding getting my COVID vaccine yesterday after hearing about the procedure or lack of procedure in Yreka! However, Forrest and crew had their process dialed in with organization, compassion, and friendly yet professional atmosphere. My appointment was for 3PM and I walked in the door at that time. I was greeted and was given a small information card to fill out. After a short wait we were called in for our shot. Had I not seen her give it I would not know I had it. I did not feel anything and still do not. Hey, maybe it was a dream! However, my wife was with me and she said it did happen! Thanks to all the work done by those responsible for making this a seamless clinic! A+

Jeannie Owens is such a great primary care! She takes the time to listen make sure she addresses all concerns and believes that you know your body. She never hesitates to provide referrals when needed. The staff overall are kind,understanding, and like family.

I was so impressed with the quick responsiveness of the staff here. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I called at 2:30 regarding getting vaccinated, received a call back at 2:45, with an appointment scheduled for 3:30. It made me feel well taken care of and glad to be living in a small town!
