Sharp Rees-Stealy Rancho Bernardo Physical Therapy

Truly a horrendous office. They only schedule a month out and the front office staff is horrific. The one time I was seen, my therapist told me to schedule another session. I went to the front and proceeded to stand in line for 20 minutes. At that point, the receptionist got up from her chair and told the line she was taking her break. What?!?!! There was another receptionist there who was on hold the entire time which somehow made it impossible for her to book appointments for the people standing in line. I walked out. I have never seen anything like this. I would give negative stars if I could. Truly the worst of the worst.

Scheduling is always easy. My physical therapist Eva is wonderful.
