I just completed 3 months of PT on my broken kneecap and want to thank and highly recommend Brandon Kusakabe and his people at the Granite Ridge Dr. location. Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Accountability I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and lack of accountability at SHARP. They are claiming I have unpaid balances, despite the fact that all payments were made through my HSA. For over a month, I have been in constant communication with SHARP, explaining that the payments were already made. However, SHARP's customer service has shown no interest in making the effort to contact the HSA partnet to resolve this issue. I even took the initiative to contact the partner directly, and they faxed proof of payment to SHARP. Despite this, SHARP has done nothing to correct the issue. This situation has caused me immense stress and highlights an egregious lack of patient advocacy and basic customer care on SHARP's part. It's disheartening to see such a reputable organization fail to handle a simple issue that could easily be resolved with a few minutes of attention from a competent employee. I am left with no choice but to share my negative experience on review sites, hoping it will bring attention to this issue. All I'm asking for is for someone at SHARP to take responsibility, contact their billing partner, and remove these erroneous charges.
