Shandy Clinic - Woodmen

Shandy clinic has always provided me and my son with excellent customer service and care. My son has been receiving speech therapy services for nearly 3 years and he has had huge progress under their care. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. They really care about my son and his progress. I’m grateful for Shandy clinic!

Melissa (pt) is wonderful. Knowledgeable, positive and explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend her. The receptionist is also always very friendly and helpful.

Ignores parent concerns, denies eligible services for special needs children, and has horrible customer service. This group of "providers" are a joke and should be embarrassed to say they want to help children. They pick and choose who they want to help and reject the rest. What a sad, miserable group of employees at this location. I truly hope you learn that the children are what matter in this business. This location should really be closed down. They don't know what they are doing and it a true disservice to the sped community. Lindsey Ellenberger is a real joy too, I highly suggest running if you get connected with her. Her attitude and professionalism is awful! Brian (the office manager?) is a joke too, can't even return a phone call regarding serious parent concerns. What do you actually do then!? I guess I can say thanks for saving my son from this u fortunate encounter with untrained and unprofessional Staff such as you. Luckily, that's what insurance and medical board compalaints are for.....DO BETTER FOR THE KIDS!

We've been with The Shandy Clinic for over six years. It has been an amazing place for my child, so much growth. All of the staff have been great, wonderful customer service. They are incredibly patient and understanding with the kiddos too. I think the best part is how they truly take a multidisciplinary approach to helping their clients.

The staff is 100 percent amazing, office staff, speech etc. However, the turnover rate is abysmal! This is my child's 4th therapist in less than a year. I don't know if it's due to underpaid staff, but they can't seem to keep their therapists. So, sadly I will be going elsewhere.

We love Mrs. Liz and MRs. Magda! Great therapists who care about your children.
