Shandy Clinic Central West

I've been asking for months for a print out of my bill. I was told by the front office I had an outstanding balance. I called the billing department and was told I had an credit. Everytime I go in the balance owed is increased and no one seems to understand where the balance is coming from. I was paying a $115 co- pay every visit and switched over to selfpay months ago, making my payments $100 per visit. I've spoken to billing and I've asked them send me an email with what insurance was billed, what insurance paid, including what I paid out of pocket. They sent me a generic bill showing supposedly what I owe with nothing else. The most sickening part is they keep telling me it's the "billing tool" they use that's helping them rip off and rob their patients. If you don't have Medicaid run run run as fast as you can

My son loves going and seeing Mr. Johnny, his OT. Since starting at the Thrive Clinic, my son has made great progress. All the staff there are wonderful with him and the other kids. I like how they try and include my sons sisters in his therapy sometimes. I recommend The Shandy Clinic to everyone who is looking for services for a child.

We have been clients of various and assorted therapy clinics for over a decade as we treat our sons autism. Shandy’s Thrive clinic is hands down the best experience we have ever had. The patient coordinator is amazing, she keeps the chaos to a minimum, there are not piles of small children screaming in the waiting room and the therapists are top notch.

I LOVE the Shandy thrive office! We’ve been coming here for well over a year and half now and everyone in the office is amazing! They have helped my daughter grow and really grow and develop. I wouldn’t trade our therapist or our receptionist for anything! Deja is on it! She makes sure to call with any changes as soon as she can, always works hard to know everyone that comes in the office! She’s so personable and the best face to have sitting up front!

My son has been going here for less than a year and has come a very long way in this short time. Tatiana and Ashley are great therapists who have been nothing but amazing with him. The other therapists who have filled in from time to time (mostly Mike and Hannah) are really great too! Deja is always a pleasure to see. She coordinates everyone's schedules and is the person to talk to if you need anything. If you have a child with autism, this is the place to go. The progress my son has made since he started here has been truly incredible. The Shandy Clinic is easily one of the best things to ever happens to my son!

The Shandy clinic Thrive on Printers Parkway is an amazing practice. The therapists are incredible. The time and care they take to understand our kiddos and develop plans based on their needs and parent feedback is second to none. You can tell that they actually love the patients they work with. Not only are he therapists top rated, but Deja, the patient coordinator is great as well. She always answers the phone and does everything she can to accommodate questions and schedule changes. I’ve sent material to Deja and have had it returned, completed, the same day. We’ve used therapists all over this country, and I can tell you that Shandy Clinic on Printers Parkway is one of the best.

The staff at SC Thrive are so attentive, knowledgeable and nice. My boy’s therapist is awesome and really patient. The front desk coordinator is awesome too. They’re both very polite but fun at the same time. They are rarely absent and are always willing to help. What I like about them is that they put the kids first based on their needs.

Both of my sons are seen at the Shandy Clinic. They are always very helpful and understanding whenever I need to make any last minute schedule changes which I greatly appreciate. The therapists here really take their time to listen to your concerns as a parent and I feel like they genuinely care that my sons get the help they need. Deja (front reception)is amazing and kind and Tatiana (speech therapist) is awesome at what she does and always goes out of her way to involve So that we can also help with improving their speech outside of therapy. I would very highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to help their kids grow and improve their skills.
