Shandy Clinic Central East

My son has Autism and is nonverbal. He was going there for over 3 years. And every year got worse and worse. He wasn’t learning anything the staff kept quitting. A previous employee even told me to get him out of there. Everything I brought in including clothes went missing and I started noticing him resisting to go. He is going to family supporters for his therapy now and I am seeing great changes in him. I do not recommend Shandy Clinic.

We have been coming to Shandy for a while and I love it. I see improvement in all the disciplines my child is working on. From fine motor skills and handwriting to social skills and speech, the therapists work diligently and patiently with my kiddo, celebrating each milestone. Even when we see regression, the therapist is unfazed, simply focusing back on those skills. The front office staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, a wonderful place.

My daughter sees Ms. Grace for speech therapy and she has been developing so fast that we should be on a normal path by the start of school. The Shandy Clinic has really helped my child excel in talking. They will help your child cope with and possibly overcome any issues that could be holding him/her back.

We’ve been going to The Shandy Clinic for my son’s speech therapy for a few months now. Everyone on staff has been helpful, friendly, energetic and dedicated. For a first time mom, preparing her 2 year old to get the best education he can and be prepared for his life ahead, I couldn’t ask for better to people to help out. They recognize you quickly and always work hard to answer any questions we may have, their communication is fantastic and we are very happy to have their assistance in all areas of development for our son.

Overall great place with friendly staff. I've been going for PT for my toddler and the physical therapist are awesome with working with him, especially when he is grumpy. The office staff is friendly and welcoming.

The speech therapist was nice. However billing is another story. When I went for my son's appointment I repeatedly ask them how much was the payment, Id like to pay up front while I'm there. They always told me "oh don't worry about it, don't worry about it, and itll be fine." After we stop going there they hit me with a big bill. The billing customer service is also horrendous. Be very wary.

My daughter has been coming to the shandy clinic for about 6 months and she loves her therapist. Everyone is super nice, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to any parent that has a kiddo that needs the services they provide.

My sons have been going here for almost 2 years now and they are truly amazing people! The therapists the receptionist they are always so friendly and so nice and truly helpful and they have done wonders with my children! I would not go to any other place!
