Horrible front desk staff. I was completely lied to about my daughter being put on a new schedule. Now she will have to do without which is very unfortunate.

My son went in for speech therapy. The therapist worked on speech for about 5-10 minutes of the session (super basic stuff that anyone can do better at) the rest of the time she was more worried about him transitioning activities. My son was playing with toys he was interested in and instead of working on his speech through the toys he wanted to play with she takes them all away and when he starts crying she Says she's not trained on how to handle "that type of behavior". This was only the first session they are not interested in learning how to work with your child go somewhere else!!

My kid appears to be doing ok with the therapist. But I’ve asked the front desk to relay a message twice, asking for the therapist to call me. Nothing. I’ve been getting some receipts and not others. So I emailed the clinic asking for other receipts and nothing. I will continue to use because my kid has established care, but I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. My kid may need additional services, but I’ll most likely look for another clinic instead of adding another one here.

Great experience when I was there and excellent training as an Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in their ABA department. They were professional and gave great coaching and guidance to the job. The BCBAs there are passionate about each child’s development and makes sure their RBTs also have that same mindset about the therapy their providing.

The appointment people are terrible and don’t tell you when an appt is canceled. But you can bet they will charge you for an appt that YOU miss. The only good therapist moved back to NJ. Go elsewhere, they aren’t worth your time.

Well my daughter has ot in this center , the therapist is nice but the parent that pick up her daughter before us take like 15 minutes of my daughter therapy time this upsets me so much , she talks to much , I respect other kids times but some people don’t so please tell your therapist to cut them before the next client arrives this annoying me so much .
