Seven to 7 Physical & Hand Therapy

I was 7 years old and had just floated down the Colorado River with my family. We alwas tie large foam mats and huge tubes together. My step fathers cousin picked us all up 20 miles down from the house, floats and people. I wanted to be a big boy so I begged my mom to let me sit in the back on the dirt road ride home. My second cousin by marriage decided to go a little off road while most of us are sitting in or on tubes or foam. All was fine until he came back up onto the main road, switching out of 4x4 as the truck flew up onto the road, bouncing 2 to 4 feet off the ground. Each bounce was worse. First bounce, I flew over the side but a family member grabbed my ankle with my head next to the back left wheel and over a foot from the ground. Bounce 2 and I fell to the ground, onto my hands and knees, and thank God for bounce 3 cause the tire ran over my lower back just enough to pop my back and push my hands and knees into the rocky road. I had a dozen or so girls bandage me up back at the house and I spent the a few years getting my back adjusted. For the next 40 years, back would bo in and out, pain then no pain, until my legs started going numb. I had a Lamanectomy and it help for a few years. I started having pain more and relied more on Norco more just to move. I tried PT before and it didnt help much. This time at this location, I didnt feel so hopeless. I have anxiety issues and dont do well on the phone and they have a way for patients to text instead of call. I know they have bad reviews saying they never answer the phone and the office girls are mean........ I have no idea where those people went cause my office girls I got to meet are the nicest, sweetest and most helpful women I know. Then there is the PT people, man. Not only did they give the right amount of push, they didnt over do it so I kept it up and got to the point where I have not had to use my back brace since I started and I can even cut down on pain killers. With luck and what I learned from 7 to 7, maybe I will loose a few pounds and be able to move without my spine falling out when I sneeze or laugh. I know this was long but I almost forgot to write this and I wanted people to know how much you all helped me. I hope you all the best in life and Thank you for making mine better.

I tried whole day to take the appointment but could not. It says you are number 2 caller and wait for a few minutes. I tried many times and each time waited more than 20 minutes. Even I leave the voice mail but could not receive any call back. Such a disgusting customer service I ever encounter. Today also I am trying to take appointment and waiting for more than 10 minutes. Hope I could able to take it. What kind of customer service is this in a field like medical which normally supposed to respond actively and immediately????

worst experience trying to schedule and appointment. you are lucky if they answer any of your calls. AVOID THIS PLACE.

These girls at the office, they talked SO LOUD, ANNOYING LOOOUUUD!!! ON A MONDAY MORNING!

Helpful and kind, they did pick up the phone for us.
