I being coming to this clinic for many year me and my Family but now they have the worse operator service they don’t have any costumer services skills and don’t know who they’re Scheduling you with I have lost many days at work for nothing I was never able to see my Provider. The Medical Assistants don’t make patients feel welcome they don’t know how to Multitask making patients wait in line and by the time they’re helping you is past appointment time and tell you to reschedule because Dr. can’t see you anymore, this is unacceptable . This Clinic needs better Supervision and Management. My Dr. Oro is the best one but employees the worse.

I had the worst experience here today. My doctor’s Goal was just to get me out of the room. I dialed for help on the phone and I kept getting hung up on after they said I was gonna be transferred. I also tried to get a flu shot today and they said seniors only…… I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treated. Sierra Medical group please find workers that know what they’re doing and actually wanna help people.

I have been with SERRA for a long time and they always been able to help me with my needs as far as referrals and appointments.

I go on Mend clinic but to the 2 floor is also serra clinic and the Dr from their are nice specially Dr. Vaquero; he's very understandable and some nurses are friendly some of them. Also, the receptionist that help me;she was really nice. Some nurses have bad attitude specially on pharmacy, they see you in a bad way...nobody likes that so I recommend she works on her way to treat the patience from that clinic.

If zero stars were available I'd give that and at best. VERY disappointed at the unprofessionalism of the PTs office and Dr. Set an appointment (having to use BlueCross to intervene because of confusions on the office staff side) Then arrived at the appointment to hear the Dr would not see me unless I had xrays. So nobody could have told me this first before I scheduled everything to make this appt? And now, what do you want me to xray? I guess I have to figure this out myself!" I'll NEVER go back there again. RIDICULOUS!

WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER!!!! Everytime I call the MAIN NUMBER, they either place me on HOLD right away without knowing why I called and I have to repeat myself AGAIN & AGAIN when someone finally decides to pick up OR they HANG UP the phone & I have to CALL BACK & START OVER AGAIN & it is VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Or they put me on HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!! Where do they hire these people from??? They are just soo so RUDE!!! They don’t seem to care or have a heart to care how they treat their patients who just need help. DO NOT CHOOSE this medical group or you will REGRET IT!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I love this hospital. Everyone here are nice and caring. The service is amazing. My dr Oro is the best. She a really wonderful doctor.

Dr. Keesara went out of his way to not only help me medically but also filled out paperwork to assist me with my disability claim. His bedside manner is exceptional and he was nice and confident in what he was doing. His staff went above and beyond as well. These folks are great at what they do and as the son of medical professionals I would DEFINITELY suggest them for your health needs.
