SERC Physical Therapy

The staff is amazing! Don’t let the size of the place fool you! I have been to a couple of physical therapy clinics here in Wichita. None of them cared more for me and my needs than SERC. I have been going there pre and post op shoulder surgery. They have been really kind and will only uses them if I have a need in the future!

I was apprehensive about my physician ordered out of home PT on my fractured left femur repaired with a steel rod plus screws; and going to a demanding out of home therapy program since I was still in pain and shock from my fall injury. My apprehension was quelled immediately from the time I opened the door on July 17, 2024. I was met by Brandi, who patiently helped me through the paperwork, Wade, Amber, and Troy immediately, as PT's, put me at ease with their concern, compassion, professionalism and steady/stern guidance as to expectations for my progress on their requirements of specific exercises. I truly do look forward to going back each visit- twice a week - and I am gaining in mobility and strength with each session under their guidance. I do have "homework" of exercises I input everyday for my recovery on my phone, but I am guided by the BEST PT's- for they won't let me overwork or make myself too sore as to not want to continue with my gaining recovery. I could have chosen any PT company, I am very happy I chose SERC NW for my recovery. Thank you Brandi, Amber, Troy and Wade - for I am wanting immediate results and Amber patiently informs me to trust the process as I try to rush/overdo on my exercises! I work primarily with Amber, I have worked with Troy and Wade and I hope you consider this group of people to get you "Mooving Again"! Jacki and Brandi are simply awesome. 100% mean it. I went here for several months with an adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) diagnosis. From day one I felt cared about, listened to, and relaxed here. They truly went above and beyond for me with their flexibility and patience. Jacki is very intelligent and insightful. She really listens, cares, helps, and created a great pt plan for me that worked. I am so grateful. Brandi is kind and sweet with a very calming demeanor. I could not have had a better experience. I don’t think I’ll ever forget you guys and I’ll miss you! Thank you, Jacki and Brandi. :)

Jacki is phenomenal! When I started with Jacki I was in so much pain I could barely walk and ended most days in tears. After 8 weeks of treatment I am not only walking, but also pain free. I am also back in the gym for the first time in over a year. Jacki is an expert in her field and I appreciate how she is willing to work with my schedule.

Jacki is amazing! My son has been receiving the best care! They are open for later appointments as well. They work with doctor recommendations, listen to your needs and concerns. Extremely helpful and will definitely come back for any future needs!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to get sent to. Could barely walk from years of pain but was doing full workouts by the time my time there was done. Jacki was the absolute best. Pushed me when I needed it and helped focus on the affected areas to release the pressure or strain when I had a hard week. If I have to go back to therapy in the future, I hope they send me back here.

I was very impressed with the care I received for a frozen shoulder. Jackie was gentle in the stretching of my shoulder and yet pushed me knowing that what we were working on would require pushing me past my comfort zone. Would highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Staff is knowledgeable and work to fit your schedule. The therapy greatly worked to decrease the amount of pain I was in from when I started to when I left. Highly recommend it!
