SERC Physical Therapy

I have long standing neck issues and was having a great deal of issues. The Serc staff were kind, professional, and kept me on track. They communicated with me on my level. They knew their stuff. The office is neat and clean. The front desk lady is fantastic too. I only worked with Steven and he was great. However, I saw the others interact with their patients and it was great service as well. It was laid back and not rushed. I got a whole hour each time I went and I did not feel like cattle being headed thru like some other places I have been to. I would definitely go back to this office. Thanks.

I had total knee replacement and I was nervous about the pain and about getting back to normal. Well the staff have been awesome. They listen to you, and explain what the exercises do. They also are great at motivating you to go just a little further than you thought you could. I love going there. I hope I never need PT again but if I do I will be going here!

Very appreciative of the services I received at SERC North Topeka. I had total knee replacement and was nervous about my recovery. Stephen and Jacy were always encouraging me and making sure I knew what I can expect through the whole process. This definitely helped me be successful and not feel defeated, even on those really tough days. All the staff were very personable and helpful, and created a close community environment. Thank you.

I had therapy recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture. The staff here are friendly and caring. Most importantly very knowledgeable and structured in the recovery programs. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with all of the staff and the services at SERC. They are very professional, kind, and caring people. They are very efficient, and hard working and make the most of the time we spent together. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy. I will certainly return if I am ever in need of their services again myself.

I have tendinitis in my hands, arms, and arthritis in shoulders. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. The staff at SERC are compassionate, friendly and professional. Jacy Braun, PT, DPT Physical Therapist was very knowledgeable of my condition and knew the exact treatment I needed. Kecia was able to put together a schedule that met my needs and if I needed to change or update an appointment all I had to do was call... When needed SERC Hunters Ridge is who I will call.
