SERC Physical Therapy

I've been to this place many times with both my brother who has cerebral palsy and my mother who is disabled. Genesis is wonderful with them and she so polite and sweet. They really know how to help you here and they are very accommodating. I highly recommend if you need some physical therapy please look into this place.

I was a client at SERC for approx. 2 months . I was greeted every time with a cheerful smile and hello. Explained therapy and reason for each exercise. The warm pack at the end of session always felt good. Thank you Daniel and Genesis for helping me feel better.

A few months ago I sprained a muscle in my lower back, and the level of pain I was feeling made me think I would never fully recover and enjoy the things I enjoyed before my injury. After 6 sessions here, I am BEYOND grateful to say I have my full range of motion back, with no pain!! I am back to doing the things I love, basketball included, along with new knowledge and exercises to do to keep my back healthy and strong! If you have a chance to do your PT here, do not hesitate.

The whole team is top notch! Excellent care and individualized treatment to my exact needs. Daniel and Genesis helped get me back to my old self! Both were always very professional and kind. Many thanks to the Downtown Springdale SERC team!

This was the best physical therapy I have had and I’ve been to several. I felt as though it was designed for my physical needs. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Serc therapy if you want therapy that is specific for you.

The therapists are great, but the business office is not. I was told going in that I would pay $30/visit and I paid on every visit. Then I got a bill for $958 and paid that and today got another one for $439. Don't believe anything they tell you. $30/visit turned into $300/visit. I hope the place goes under.

I am so happy to be able to have my quality of life back. Genesis did an outstanding job of teaching me how my back got into the shape it was, and what to do to strengthen it and keep it from getting in that shape again. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was skeptical that physical therapy would work for me. She proved me wrong. Thanks SERC and thank you Genesis, I am enjoying life again.

Excellent location in downtown Springdale, cool renovated old building, great people. Most importantly, I’m not hurting anymore! Each session helped as did the “homework” I was given. The therapists and office manager were knowledgeable and friendly. I hope I never need to return 🙂, BUT if I ever do need PT again, I will definitely choose this SERC location without hesitation.
