SERC Physical Therapy

These folks have always been amazing. Great environment. I couldn't have gotten to where I am today without these angels. Highly recommend SERC in ODMO.

I am a returning patient to the Odessa Serc location. I can't express enough my gratitude and praise for the staff at this location. I've had a few different areas that I was prescribed Physical Therapy and each and every time I have had great results. My current therapist is Shelby and she is really good at what she does. She has a really positive attitude and strives to get results and get you back to normal, as much as that can be anyway. The location is less than 5 mins from my house and I am able to get in early at 7 before I have to go to work. Shelby takes the time to get to know her patients and genuinely cares, she is truly an asset to Serc.

Ahhh reviews. Apparently they are required to ask everyone to write one or I'm sure Shelby would have skipped me. I'm a repeat offender, so upon entering for the 4th or 5th different time, I got this "Hello, Clarice" like comment. I immediately regretted not bringing snacks. The only things guaranteed are you will be serenaded with random burst of cats being ran over by a mower during the chorus followed by Post Malone dance moves. If you're bad, Shelby makes you stand across the room, against the wall. However, if you compliment her hair, she'll give you a pink ball to play with. The Staff at Odessa treats you as part of their crazy family. We even share custody of a spider family and a horse. That being said, I can not imagine experiencing this torture with a more caring or fun group of individuals. They meet you oftentimes at your worst and help you get to your new best. I appreciate all you do.

The therapist who worked with me was well knowledgeable of my needs. His explanations and directions were easy to understand and follow. He demonstrated compassion and concern of my progress. The entire staff at Odessa SERC are great to work with. If I have another physical need, I would return.

I had a great experience preparing for surgery and for several months after my knee replacement. The atmosphere was friendly and the time went by quickly. Definitely recommend!!!

I was not expecting to see a horse upon entering this facility, whatever works for them, I guess. I'm thinking Shelby and her crew are channeling their inner myogi when every day, I have to clean their windows. Hell, I don't clean my windows at home. This is nuts. I am not sure if they import the pollen spores or not but, most days I cannot keep my eyes dry. I believe they know I am in fact an asthmatic. Stool races are kind of cool, but the track is a little small for passing. The patients have to be subjected to the staff singing is almost inhumane. Massages used to be a pleasure. Not here, deep tissue my foot. Let's see if we can actually touch his skeleton. The archaic ways used to manipulate the joints are just short of what Jason Voorhees or Michael Myers would do to those that were close to them. In closing I want to say the Odessa SERC staff is amazing. Shelby has taken my therapy and recovery, personally. She is amazing Pay increases for everyone there.

Seven months of allergies when there wasn’t any pollen outside. You can imagine the torture inside. You might need to lose a few pounds in order for this to work!! Overall the staff at SERC Odessa go above and beyond to make sure everyone there for therapy gets the best care. Oh and one more thing we are out of coffee again and there is coffee stained towns in the laundry basket. Thanks for the support from Cyndi at the front desk to Shelby and Tyler on the floor being the sadist they are.

I was super hesitant to begin any physical therapy even though my dr said I needed it. I started at SERC in Odessa & now the gals have become family! The atmosphere is great, always a good time, friendly faces & more help than I assumed. I've made a lot of progress thanks to Shelby & appreciate her lovingly pushing me as much as possible. I feel challenged but still able to take a break when needed. Highly recommend them for your PT needs.
