SERC Physical Therapy

I can't recommend SERC Maumelle highly enough - Chris, Trayvon and Mae are absolutely fantastic! We just moved here and I had started shoulder PT in another state and Chris and the team picked up my recovery PT seamlessly. They really listen to their patients and work WITH you to develop a plan for works for you. I actually leave PT with a smile because of the team at SERC.

I highly recommend Chris and all the staff at SERC. I had a great recovery from Total Knee Replacement. My treatment was personalized and very professional. Chris is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest medical treatments. Thank you so much to everyone here! Highly recommend!

Chris and his crew are great. He was recommended by several of our friends. My back was having spasms. After a week I was back to gently playing golf. My wife had a total knee replacement. She was playing golf at three weeks thanks to help from SERC.

First of all I was amazed how welcome and like family that Chris,Travon and Mae made me feel. Not a number but someone that they seriously cared about. This was my first experience with PT but totally got lucky. It's seldom that you get the best on the first try. Keep up the great work guys. And thanks for helping me get back to my old self.

I have used several different PT groups over the years due to hip, shoulder and back. So now I have severe muscle atrophy and weakness. I was referred to SERC by my PCP. This has been by far my best experience. Week 4 and I am better in so many areas. Haven’t used my walker in two weeks. It has been amazing! Chris, Sidney and Mae have been awesome! The best part is that they explain everything and when I am doing an exercise incorrectly they are right there to help me. Very professional and very personable and most of all very attentive. That I have not experienced. So thankful for this resource. I have a ways to go, but every week I see improvement. Thank you SERC!

Everyone at the Maumelle location are outstanding. They have made my 87 yr old mother feel so much better with hope at being able to get out of her wheelchair. Mae at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them for people of all ages and imitations. My Mom has Parkinson’s and had almost given up hope. Thank you so much!!!

Nami is awesome! She needled me and I have no pain. She is super sweet too! Travon does my daughters PT massage and he's very professional and great with kids! Please if you're hesitant about going to physical therapy ask for a referral to SERC in Maumelle and you will not be disappointed! They are working miracles in there. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment.

I highly recommend Serc Physical Therapy in Maumelle. Doctors Chris and Sydney are phenomenal and their office manager, Mae is a treasure. Mae is the first one I see upon arrival, and no matter how I feel, her bright smile and warm greeting sets the tone for the rest of my visit. I have used a number of PT’s over the years and have found Chris and Sydney to be the absolute best! They make it very apparent that you matter—from your initial appointment through your treatment. I found it particularly refreshing that in addition to working with you, they actually work on you! This makes a huge difference in the quality of care received. I also like that they are very effective as a team—while I may see one therapist the majority of the time, when scheduled with another, the care I receive is the same. In short, if you are in need of PT, visit a team of professionals who care and are results-oriented.
