SERC Physical Therapy

When I first went to SERC a couple of months ago, I had hip problems and could not move without pain. My therapist, Keely Norman,has been such a blessing for me. She is gentle, kind, yet works me hard to get the desired results. Not only does she help physically, but mentally, telling me I can do more than I think I can. I can now do things I never thought I would be able to do again, like play tennis. She also has a pleasing personality. I would definitely recommend Keely and SERC if you need physical therapy.

If you are needing physical therapy, I highly recommend SERC on Wellington Hills Road in Little Rock, AR. I had PT for arthritis in my hip prior to my first hip replacement at another PT facility and it did not compare to the therapy I received at SERC following the replacement of my other hip. In fact the difference was like night and day. Wade Garrett is the therapist who worked with me at SERC. He is great! I could not walk without a cane when I went there. He worked with me in strengthening the appropriate muscles so that I no longer have to use a cane. Not only does he have a good knowledge of anatomy, he is so very kind and professional. It was amazing to watch him and the other therapist at work. And the receptionist is a sweetheart too. Please consider SERC if you need any kind of PT.

Keeley and Wade both aided in my quick recovery from cervical surgery. They were both pleasant and easy to work with and just the right balance of pushing me, but not pushing me beyond my comfort limits. I highly recommend both of them if you are recovering from surgery.

This truly invoked a sense of comfort and peace that facilitated my ease during therapy sessions. Keely provided excellent treatment for my shoulder post surgery. She developed a program specific to my needs with a progression of movements and excercises that allowed me to increase range of motion and strength. I was always impressed with her attentiveness and ability to meet my needs even if she was treating other patients at the same time. She was prepared for each visit and knew exactly what I needed at each appointment, providing a customized plan. Her skill and knowledge were evident and she was always very professional but also super friendly. Don't think physical therapy is easy though. She will work you and push you to your limits to get the best results! I highly recommend Keely Norman at SERC!

I was involved in a car accident that left my left arm and shoulder with limited movement. It restricted my daily activities and caused quite a bit of pain and discomfort. After 7 weeks of physical therapy with Keely and towards the end of my treatment, Patti, I have regained almost all of my normal range of motion and have been able to resume most of my normal activities and workout regimen. Keely and Patti provided excellent care in the clinic and gave me a home routine that helped me recover in a short amount of time. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this clinic as I am certain without their expertise I would still be in pain and unable to do the things I was able to do before the accident. It’s very clear that Keely and Patti care about their patients and are invested in their well being and recovery. Their support staff is polite and helpful and they are very responsive to calls or requests. I highly recommend this clinic.

Patty Wise is an amazing, very talented physical therapist! In 8 sessions over a 4 week períod, I went from having very limited and moderately bilateral movement of my neck to extensive bilateral movement with only minor discomfort. She is also patient and explains things clearly. In sum, I give her an enthusiastic 5 stars!

The physical therapists at SERC do a great job. They take time to get to know their patients and to figure out the best course of action to help them recover from their injuries. When I or another patient walks through the door, the therapists greet us by name. Competence, care, and compassion are the three words that come to mind when I think of SERC in Little Rock and Benton.
