SERC Physical Therapy

I cannot say enough about the great experience I have hadrecently at SERC in Lees Summit. All of the staff is very friendly. My Physical Therapist, Summer was totally concerned with my progress to strengthen and heal my knee from my knee replacement. I actually looked forward to every appointment and knew that she was sensitive to how much I could do and tenderly encouraged me to increase my strength and flexibility. I would highly recommend Summer. The atmosphere with Tiffany, the other Physical Therapist and Terri the office Manager was always positive and encouraging. I am beyond satisfied with my progress and accomplishments!!

They are friendly and take care of you. Visiting relatives from out of state and needed a rescue clinic for neck pain. Same day appointment setup and checkin was simple and I got my pain taken care of. As a PT myself, I highly recommend this place for anyone local or visiting.

I have received PT at the Lakewood location in Lee’s Summit, specifically by Tiffany.i have lived with pain for over 5 years and now I have the confidence and strength to move forward. I can’t say enough positive things about her and the entire staff. We are there to rehabilitate and Tiffany was knowledgeable, kind, caring and very thorough. She made this a fun experience and I gained knowledge on what I needed to do moving forward on my own. The receptionist and the other PT specialist were great too! I chose Serc in LS because of the convenience but was SO glad because it definitely was the place to go. Everyone there is so kind and as my first experience with any therapy I see the benefit! Tiffany (and Summer twice) shared in conversation about what to expect and walked me through the procedures. I am moving much better now and have the papers to continue with the exercises. Vas did a great job working on the areas I needed to strengthen. I enjoyed interacting with all the staff there.

I highly recommend SERC on Lakewood Blvd in Lee's Summit! I have used their services throughout the years and they are exceptional. I'm currently rehabbing an ankle injury and Tray has been wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went in there to check for my mom that how much a session will cost after insurance coverage. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to like her job. She didn't bother to ask what insurance do you have? She said that each session runs about $100-$400. Call your insurance to check how much they will pay towards that. Really? Seriously? Go home. Let somebody get a chance here who want to work.

Had great treatment at Serc in Lakewood Lee’s Summit. Wonderful staff, thorough exercise protocols with built in progressions based on improvement always staying tied to your goals. Truly superb experience…if you have to do PT your in good hands here! My therapist was Tiffany
