SERC Physical Therapy

I saw Emma, the pelvic floor therapist. She was really wonderful. She wasn't 100% sure if my issues were with my pelvic floor and said she'd reach out to some colleagues to get more information, which was fantastic because frankly she was more helpful than anyone else I've seen in the past 2 months for this problem. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone is in need of help with their pelvic floor. I've seen two other pelvic floor specialists in the past 6 years and Emma was definitely the best.

The woman who works at the desk who answers the phone for scheduling for Lansing... They need to all get on the same page with each other and fix their patient scheduling mishaps. The woman tried to educate me on how them screwing up their schedule is not their responsibility and somehow it's my problem. The woman refused reschedule my appointment because she wanted me to make some kind of verbal acknowledgement of responsibility to her for a missed appointment that they scheduled on the wrong day. The woman was on a power trip and clearly was not going to yield and once again after I asked for a new appointment for the third or fourth time (meanwhile she has asked 3 or 4 times if I want to still be seen there or not) then the woman would go right back into a nonsense power trip about their scheduling errors being my fault. I had to hang up when it was clear I was speaking with nothing more than a brick wall, and clearly I wasn't going to get an appointment without this woman's two cents. Pat yourself on the back, your customer service is top notch.

Emma and Bailey are amazing! I've gone to a couple of different places for PT and never had any success. Even after just a few sessions I was feeling much better! Thanks SERC!

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff.They worked muscles that haven't been stretched like that for a long while.I felt so much better after 6 weeks of therapy.

I am very happy with my treatment at SERC! The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Andrea is such a joy. She works with me teaching me what I need to do along with things I must practice at home! No matter how I feel coming in, I always leave feeling great and with a sense of accomplishment. My schedule is very suiting to my needs and I’m very grateful for that. While I’ve not worked with all the therapists, those I’ve seen are very supportive of my treatment and my overall health as well! Thanks to you all for allowing me to work with you! Thank you!

My daughter and I both needed PT and SERC made it easy to get done! EVERY staff member we came in contact with were friendly and professional. They even made appointments fun and personable. Sarah, Jennifer, and Jared were all great with helping us to get back to where we needed to be, and Tammy and Adela were helpful and understanding with getting appointments arranged. Overall, the experience here was perfect and while we are glad to not be needing their services anymore, we loved our experience with this office!

Had a broken ankle and foot. They were very caring and respectful. Absolutely very professional. Very willing to work around your schedule to make sure you get the care you need.

I was treated for a concussion and injuries in both knees. I am very grateful for all the dedication given to work with me during the healing process. I graduated last night and feel blessed to be treated at SERC Lansing. Thank you so very much and I will recommend this agency to anyone I know who needs therapy.
