SERC Physical Therapy

My experience with SERC in Red Bridge was my first experience with physical therapy and what a wonderful experience it was! Andrea and Morgan were great to work with , as well as a couple of therapists from other locations who covered once or twice. From my first appointment to the last, I felt well cared for, seen, and heard. My questions and any concerns were always addressed, and solutions to some areas that were slow to come around as quickly as I wanted them to were always available. As I continue to heal and feel encouraged by further progress post PT, I am very grateful and thankful for the whole team at the Red Bridge SERC. You were all wonderful to work with and to get to know. Cinsee, (I hope I got at least close to correct in my spelling here) thanks for working with my especially particular scheduling needs, and answering my questions about insurance info and more. I looked forward to each of my appointments with y’all, even when I knew some of them were going to be especially “uncomfortable” because of a specific muscle or nerve that was being rebellious or just difficult to work with. I’m also glad to know that if I feel the need for some followup help down the road, I have a great place and group of people to reach out to for that help. Andrea truly changed my life! I walked into SERC with very limited mobility and left in the best shape I’ve experienced since college athletics. Andrea is extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and the other therapists I worked with were fantastic as well. By far the best physical therapy office I have visited and there is no question about who I will call if I ever need these services again.

Booking my appointment was a breeze, and the staff was very helpful. My therapist, Andrea was very sociable, extremely dedicated and was able to help me achieve the goals we established. I would recommend this location and Andrea to anyone.

The staff at SERC was always professional and great to work with from the receptionist to the therapists. From my first visit to my last visit, Andrea, my therapist, was kind, patient and explained everything very clearly. Her PT plan for me worked perfectly and gave me what I needed to continue healing and strengthening. I highly recommend SERC Physical Therapy at Red Bridge shopping center.

Andrea is a delight! I underwent 8 weeks of PT after a hip replacement and couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone on the staff is friendly and supportive. Andrea knew just what to do and how best to challenge me in my recovery. I heartily recommend her and the other therapists at SERC Red Bridge.

I’ve spent close to a decade with chronic back pain and was lucky to be referred to SERC. Andrea is the best PT I’ve ever had. She listens and personalizes exercises based on my abilities. I’ve gone from spending 95% of my days in pain, not being able to stand up straight after sitting and fighting hip pain most nights to almost complete relief. I’ve gained back 1/2” in my height and no longer experience constant nerve pain. Highly recommend this location!

Having knee replacement surgery is no joke, lots of pain! But then I had Morgan, at the Red Bridge location, to help walk me through that pain. She reassured me what was "normal " and this is how it goes. I was worried I was not progressing as I should. Looking back that helped. She was kind and understanding the first day I met her.
