I’m grateful for my experience at SERC. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly felt known and cared for as they would greet me by name at every visit. It is clear that they enjoy working together and helping clients, which makes the clinic a fun environment. My therapist was Jennifer. She is great! She cared about my concerns, explained the treatments, made sure my questions were answered, and celebrated progress. It was so encouraging to see the progress therapy brought! I have chosen to come to Serc because of the many wonderful people who work there. You definitely get your PT in, and it's tailored to your needs. Everyone at Serc on North Oak was amazing! I mainly worked with Stetson and although I did not enjoy having to be in PT, he made it much more enjoyable. He is super knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Thank you, Stetson for all of your help during my time at SERC!

I was experiencing hip pain off and on for several years. After taking nexletol for cholesterol, the pain quadrupled because the drug raised uric acid levels. Even after several weeks off the drug, there was still significant pain. My hip flexor was super tight and had been for a while. Stetson, one of the physical therapists, developed a plan that worked wonders. I am back to walking at least 4 miles a day. I am continuing the exercise routine at home and haven't felt this good for 4 years. Thanks everyone at Serc, super nice people!

My Experience with SERC was Wonderful! The Staff is Amazing and Tressie is a Fantastic! My PT was Matthew was a Blessing in Guiding and Helping me to address and reduce the pain after my Hip Replacement!

November I fell over my dog and broke my wrist. During the fall I also tore muscles in my shoulder. I started at Serc on N. Oak Traffic Way with hand therapy. The break was a very painful and was a slow mend. I really enjoyed the hand therapist who was great! I learned exercises and things I could do to help my wrist heal. I then had shoulder surgery to repair the muscles from the same fall. Again I spent many weeks in therapy for my shoulder. The team, led by Jen, got me moving again. They worked me over good while we also got in some good laughs. I often left with print off exercises to do at home. The front desk always acknowledged me coming and going. It’s the small stuff that’s huge. I felt well liked there. Such a nice personal touch. I actually looked forward to every appointment. Everyone there is skilled and professional with great personalities. I can now sleep on my repaired shoulder with no pain. I’m retired and cashier two days a week just for fun. I’ll be returning to wrk soon! I recommend SERC and this location for sure. I drove 25 minutes from my home twice a week for PT. Oh I forget to mention the good music and pretty plants! 😊

Paula and Alair and all the wonderful people at Serc were amazing and helped me get back to work after my accident left my hand a hot mess!! Thanks to everyone!! I’ll miss ya!
