SERC Physical Therapy

I wish I could give them more stars! I came in with a pretty bad back injury and Sydney took her time with me for weeks on end to get me back to where I was before the injury. She also took time to listen to me and hear my concerns when they arose. She truly cares and wants to get you back to 100%. I am so thankful for Serc Physical Therapy. Thank you for helping me get my life back!

I highly recommend SERC! Everyone there is professional and friendly, and my therapist extremely well prepared to help me recover from sciatica and from deconditioning after cancer treatment. SERC is a blessing!

I received excellent care at the Tiffany Springs clinic. I learned great pain management techniques while in a friendly environment. The whole staff was knowledgeable and caring. I received care from both Tyler and Sydney. Both were excellent and helped me understand my treatment and progress. There was a PTA that joined the clinic towards the end of my treatment named Kayla who was very welcoming and great to talk to. I highly recommend this clinic and have already referred two people!

I’ve done physical therapy before, but this is my first time at SERC. Michael was very knowledgeable and patient with my needs after my car accident. I felt welcomed and comfortable with their plan to get me back to myself. Tyler was also very accommodating with their scheduling and they work as a team to get the job done right. I used to dread physical therapy, but I look forward to working with everyone here. By far the best physical therapists and professionalism. I would highly recommend to anyone needing treatment.

I really liked my therapist. She explained everything well and with detail. She was patient and very kind! I believe she loves her job and cares about her patients.

I was seen at SERC Tiffany Springs, KCMO. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable from my very first visit. Tyler Bischof was my physical therapist! He was great... gentle, but thorough, and encouraging too. I did see an improvement from my first visit to the last day of therapy. Tyler also gave me exercises I could do at home. I chose this place based on its location but left knowing I’ll never go any place else for physical therapy. Tyler listened to me and took great care in evaluating my injuries. I never waited around and always got fantastic treatment. He makes a special effort to make a connection with his patients. I always felt comfortable and he never pushed me too hard. He made sure I was making progress while also ensuring I didn’t injure anything more. The costumer service on the phone was outstanding and the billing department was friendly and easy to work with. The high standards of treatment I received were all around above average and I’d recommend SERC and especially Tyler to anyone!

Had the opportunity to be a client at this location and I can't tell you enough how grateful I am for Tyler. He was extremely professional and also mindful to my questions and needs. He told me up front that he expects me to do my best each and everyday and hell always continue to do his best to get me back to work.
