SERC Physical Therapy

My PT Lindsey is a professional in her own right, She was willing to take her time and effort to find out what my needs and requirements are to get me back to health so I can go bowling again. For myself I’m doing dry needling sessions which I never heard of but was willing to try, it’s similar to acupuncture and was interesting with no pain involved. I will be having multiple sessions I hope with great results. Sometimes the golden years are not so golden, if that happens go see Lindsey and she will get you back on the road again. Great job by all involved including the scheduler at the desk.

Always the best! SERC Physical Therapy always goes above and beyond for their patients. I was in a lot of pain from a recent trip and the staff stayed late just to help relieve my pain. I cannot say enough about the great staff and care they provide.

SERC’s Harrison office is a place of healing. I was seen last year for bilateral foot drop and left leg weakness related to multiple sclerosis. Kayla Smith was phenomenal. Her knowledge and kindness were ever present, and the rest of the staff was just as amazing. I’m especially grateful that my treatment plan was tailored to me and modified for me session to session. As a result, my progress was exponential. If you want individualized care from a compassionate staff choose SERC. I am most grateful that I did.

I was dreading going to PT so I was pleasantly surprised when I started going to therapy and found it enjoyable. I did 18 sessions. My therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what I was to do and the reason for it. The times of my appointments were convenient for me. Kudos to my doctor for sending me to SERC.

Serc has been incredibly easy to schedule and work with! This is my first time utilizing PT and both Dalton and Kayla have made me feel at home, been completely thorough, incredible to work with, and very knowledgeable! Thankful for their amazing support and service!

I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in pain. The staff is wonderful! They are not only kind and considerate but truly seem to care and are concerned about my needs and concerns. They are very“up to date” and beyond the latest techniques.They are a step above just your ordinary Physical Therapy facility. I felt it from the first time I walked in their door and still feel that way. I felt better after my first treatment and have been improving constantly after each visit. They are Amazing!!! I Will continue to go back for a “tune-up” even after they have reached their goals. If you need relief from your pain , it’s the place you want to go!

I was very apprehensive and went with a bad attitude to my first session. Was I ever wrong? The warmth and professional care that I have received is fantastic. While I didn't always enjoy doing everything, I knew there was a reason for it and did it. The staff was very professional, yet very warm and went into great detail to explain what we were doing to make me better. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you Lindsey, Chris, Carson, Callie(you'll be missed) and most of all Miss Kim who greeted me with a smile and warm welcome everyday. While I may not miss some of the therapy, I will miss seeing these wonderful people each week. Thanks to all of you for making my experience, a very pleasurable one.

After suffering traumatic injury and losing most of my mobility, the staff at SERC put right back on track and I have made almost a full recovery. The staff allowed me to not have to put my entire life on hold and helped keep my pain at bay. I was treated with care and concern, I wasn't just another patient. I loved the atmosphere and team spirit they hold and I highly recommend SERC!
