SERC Physical Therapy

First off, I don’t normally take the time to put a review for most places. However, I must say something regarding SERC in Grain Valley,. The staff from the moment you walk in was great. From the initial consultation to working up a game plan to get you back on your feet. Every appointment I was met with a hardy “Good Morning” and asked how I was feeling. No matter how you’re feeling that day, the staff made you feel like family. They took the time to explain things while they were putting you through the paces of your program. And made sure you weren’t in any pain. All & all they have a good vibe and truly do there best in getting you back on your feet. I wanted to give a big shout out to Rachel M. for being the one to lead the 7am crew. It can be hard to be motivated at 7am lol! But Rachel M. always made sure to have the tunes to motivates all of us. Again, if you need therapy for whatever reason, GV SERC is there to help. Thanks again for all of your help. 5 stars.

The care team here in Grain Valley are the most awesome people. They all genuinely care about you and your recovery. I highly recommend SERC for your rehab from surgery or injury. I felt so comfortable and important here. You won't regret using these amazing people to help you recover. Always greeted with a smile, a how are you and a have a great week see you next time!!

OK first off this is Renee Stevens. I don't know why it shows up under my grandson Blake and I don't know how to change it. Not very tech savvy! I was very impressed with the care team at SERC in Grain Valley. They were all very nice and kept making sure none of the things were causing me any pain. I was very impressed with the excellent care I received. Any time I have to have physical therapy I will request SERC physical therapy. And to top it off they are very close to where I live!

I have been here twice, and both times I have come it’s been very welcoming. Meghan and Rachel are so sweet and understanding. They laugh and talk with all of their patients and just make it feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely know their stuff as well, very very good place to come for therapy. I highly recommend it. ❤️

This team surpassed my expectations of what I thought physical therapy would be like. They are very professional and supportive, as well as caring and compassionate. I was a patient of theirs through recovery from bilateral knee replacement and a Distal femur repair. I couldn't have been in better hands, they're the best! Special thanks to Dr Rachel Mead!

This was an exceptional experience!!!! From the first day till the last (3 1/2 months later) The professional treatment I received allowed me to return to full duty at work in 4 months time . I’m so glad I used SERC Grain Valley for my rehabilitation for my recent total knee replacement. The staff was so knowledgeable on what needed to be done to accomplish full functionality. I couldn’t be happier with the results and could the surgeon. Thank you all!
