SERC Physical Therapy

I have loved going to Physical therapy here. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and supportive and kind. You feel so motivated to keep going because of how kind they are. If you need a good physical therapist I highly recommend this place

I have had a great experience with therapy at this clinic. Sharina is the best!! She is compassionate and understanding not to mention the knowledge. I always feel better in every visit!

While the people here are great, the SERC company itself... It doesn't matter what your contracted rate is, nor the "adjustment" regarding insurance. When SERC bills your insurance company $400/hr for PT, you're left with a hefty bill. PT services are not worth $400/hr to me - I would ask yourself the same question before you visit SERC. Details - three 1 hour visits, $1,297.50 billed to my insurance company. Hope you have good insurance!

I’ve been going to SERC in Centerton for over a month now and I have improved a lot with the help of Kyler. He is very attentive and super friendly, as well as all the other staff at the facility. They are great with communication and I can see how much they care about their patients and their recovery. Kyler makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t push you too hard to where you feel pain. He shows patience with you but also motivates you to want to keep going. He always understands me when I’m explaining an unknown pain or concern and teaches me so much about why I’m having the pain or concern. This is my first time doing physical therapy and I couldn’t be happier to be at SERC. I look forward to all my appointments and I highly recommend choosing this facility!

Hannah and the whole staff at SERCs Centerton facility have always been so kind and caring! The staff is extremely professional and they always have a great strategy for helping get you back to full health. Hannah is also always willing to work around your schedule to help ensure the path to recovery is easy for you and fits your week. Whether speaking with the receptionist, or the physical therapist, this staff truly makes you feel at home and honestly cares about the people who walk through their doors. I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service and care I have received on my path to recovery! Recommend this place to everyone I know!

I was very pleased with the care provided by the staff, but will be looking elsewhere if I have a future need. The billing is ridiculously delayed, and complicated. My final PT session was in early January, and I was still receiving bills in late April. I was contacted by Ryan at SERC after leaving this comment. I appreciate his effort, and hope it will be better for others in the future.

The staff is friendly, caring, and passionate about what they do. They really do take the time to get to know their patients. Dry needling has been a game changer for me which I am extremely grateful for! Kyler has done an excellent job tailoring the therapy for each visit.
