SERC Physical Therapy

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Keely & her staff. They are absolutely amazing! All 3 of my daughters have received therapy from Keely and she is hands down the best I have come in contact with. I’m a nurse of 23 years & have seen my fair share of therapist. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable , she is so kind, respectful and tender. She truly has a caring heart for people & you can tell she loves what she does. It is not just a job, it is a way of life helping people. I recently had a very awkward & unfortunate incident & my Dr was unable to treat & it really left me with no options. As I was leaving the Dr’s office she mentioned maybe a PT could help me. Without hesitation I went straight to Keely. Not only was she concerned for me, she was able to help me! She seeks out specialty trainings in new therapies & unusual injuries which in my case came in extremely handy!! My family loves Keely & her staff & you will be in amazing hands!

Keely gives excellent, logical instructions and creates a “family” atmosphere. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the field of PT. After one visit, I have noticed a difference in my overall feeling. I would highly recommend SERC for any physical therapy needs.

I got really lucky finding Keely with Serc physical therapy! The staff is great, but more importantly, the therapy has been incredible. I felt everything I said was heard. The constant attention to my progress, how I feel during treatment and my goals, has been amazing. I will not hesitate in the future to seek treatment at the first sign of pain!

I went in for sciatic pain issues and having never done physical therapy before I was somewhat skeptical that these stretching exercises and therapy would help. Boy was I surprised!! Keely and staff did an amazing job treating me thru physical therapy and I immediately saw results. I continued with the program and it worked!! They are a very professional, competent, friendly and caring staff and I would highly recommend them. Much better alternative to drugs or surgery for sure! Lindsey,Sidney, and all the rest of the staff were also great people!!

I have been going to SERC Physical Therapy in Benton the last couple months following a shoulder surgery. I had heard great things about this location from friends, family and coworkers and I am so glad I decided to do my PT here. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and really care about their patients. I highly recommend this team of professionals

Choosing SERC Physical Therapy for my daughter, who is recovering from a dislocated patella, has been the best decision. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Lindsay and the amazing staff. Keely, Sidney, and Dawntrina have been phenomenal to work with. The work they put into what her therapy will be like each visit has been great. They set her home PT exercises manageable and to where she likes to do them and knocks them out without fuss. It is great to see the interaction in conversation and has built a fun and welcoming relationship. I know when she is done with PT she will miss seeing the entire team. We highly recommend SERC Physical Therapy - Benton for anyone’s PT needs!

Lindsay, the office manager is the sweetest gal and will help you to the best of her ability to get you set up with an appointment that works around your schedule, she loves her job and it shows, she's very friendly, always smiling and willing to help where needed. Then there's Keely, my main therapist, she's awesome. She's also friendly. She will work you hard but you would never know it because of her personality. She let's you know that you can do so much more than you ever thought you could do. And she encourages you so much with every little gain that you have accomplished. I have improved immensely since I've been coming here. Kelly really loves her job and it shows because she really cares about ME. The other therapists and aides are just as helpful. This is the best place for your after surgery care.

Highest praise for Keely and her team! Their preparation for my recovery after a meniscus repair and the time they spent with me was the reason I recovered so quickly. It wasn’t the 1st time I’ve been to them and if needed, there’s no where else I’d go. Keely, Lyndsey, Sidney, thanks so much for everything. Y’all are magic!
