Customer service was excellent, but the waiting time was quite long perhaps for a first time patients! Above all, the doctor's visit was very comforting very am very happy.

Doctor is a good physician he is attentive and addresses the medical issue as soon as possible. By prescribing either physical therapy and injections. Don’t have to wait long to get results, appreciate his kindness and compassion that he has for me as a patient. Thank You Doctor!!

I arrived a little early. I started filling out the new patient paperwork , then I was called right back. Dr Thiesen came he introduced his self. We discussed a plan on my hands. The staff was very friendly and informative. The office was very clean smelled great

NP Timothy Thiesen has been treating my dear mother whom is 89 for about a year She has severe arthritis in her hands and post carpal tunnel surgery. He is pleasant, a great listener and makes every effort in helping to relieve her discomfort and pain.

Dr Liu is awesome. He kind and caring and funny too. Everyone at the Porterville and Visalia offices are amazing.
