I absolutely LOVE SenseAbilities! My son has been coming here for about 3 years and we have seen so much improvement in his speech. McKenna is the BEST of the BEST! She has changed his life. He has so much more confidence in his speech. She is patient and knows so many different techniques to help him make the correct sounds. 100% recommend to everyone. THANK YOU MCKENNA FOR EVERYTHING!!!

My son has been coming to Sensabilities for a few years. His speech therapist Ms. Janette Rodriguez has nothing but amazing!! We love her so much and my son has advanced so much with her help and patience. When he started his speech was so limited and has made so much progress. All of this could not be done without her love and support. My son looks forward to his speech sessions with Ms. Janette. We are so blessed and grateful to have her as our son David's therapist. Thank you Ms. Janette!

This review is primarily for the receptionist. As much as I enjoy my child's speech therapist, I dread having to interact with the receptionist every appointment. I don't know her name, but she's always at the same first window and the first person you see walking in. Just her whole demeanor is unwelcoming. Since we started, which isn't long ago, we've never been greeted in a friendly manner. It's like she's always annoyed by the time it's my child's appointment time. I've seen reviews and I've heard about complaints regarding this person. I try to avoid her in hopes another receptionist would provide assistance, but the other would be closed off until a line starts forming. Do better. An establishment should be welcoming and it starts with the individuals at the front desk.

In the time I took my daughter for her therapies for about 2 years I never encountered any problems. Her therapists Travis and Chandini were always very caring and patient with her. My daughter always looked forward to her therapy appointments. My daughter’s speech has improved and she’s also willing to try new foods, and for that I will always be grateful.

This girl that works in the front finally got my daughter kicked out of the program because she claims I was rude to her on Saturday. In the past I had another issue with this same girl, so I reported her. I was on my phone with my husband that day she claims I was rude to her yet the only thing I said to her was that I went to pick something up and it was across in the parking lot and okay. I got a call today from Jermaine telling me my daughter is kicked out of the program due to me leaving the premises and because I was rude to his staff. I told him to review the camera footage so he could see I wasn’t lying and it was his employee doing it as a retaliation for me reporting her the last time. He said it wouldn’t make a difference you left the premises. That girl shouldn’t even be working there and should be fired and it’s sad the way he chose to believe her lie. Thanks to her which I will find out her name out she got my daughter kicked out of the program. As a boss he should see facts and yes I walked across the street to pick up a card they give us there so they could stamp it because I kept forgetting it. I was only away for like 2 minutes if that. Jermaine is wrong and that girl for lying but karma has a way of coming back. She messed with my daughter’s future and that’s something you don’t do. I’ve never had any issues with anyone there but with that one girl. The therapist there is awesome at least the ones one daughter worked with. Travis was awesome and the speech therapist was new but never had any issues with any of them. The front desk girls definitely need to be trained better because they can be rude especially when you call.

I have taken my son here for several years. He had many (sensory) aversions to food. He worked with Travis and he was an AMAZING OT! He helped him with food chaining and several other body/sensory regulation techniques that he still benefits from today! I learned so much and my son has blossomed because of him. 5 stars for Travis!

I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who has assisted our family in service of my son "D" (protecting his privacy). Since the summer of 2020, our son has recevied services from Senseabilities for Speech, OT, and just this year, a social skills group. Our son is six and has ASD, and everyone on his care team has had a positive impact on "D" by making all his therapies an exciting and and engaging experience for him. A special shout out to Travis Diaz, D's occupational therapist for almost four years. D recently "graduated" from OT in February, and while I know there are other great colleagues among him, Travis made a lasting impression, allowing OT to be a space where D could be a kid by exploring, learning, and simply having fun, all while meeting his milestones faster than our family expected. These goals ran the gamut, from just enjoying the feeling of a swing to learn how to use his body (the gross motor side), to buttoning a shirt, brushing his teeth, and perfecting the pincer grasp (the fine motor skills), all areas he struggled with until Travis. My son continues to receive ST from such capable therapists, and I want to say thank you to those who continue to, or have in the past, worked with him: McKenna, Elizabeth, Alexis, Samantha, and I know I am forgetting a few from the past (sorry!), but again...thank you!
