My teenage daughter is struggling with acne, which has been hard to navigate and watch her go through. I booked this facial for her hoping it would be one more step in the right direction to help her. Hayley blew my expectations out of the water! She was so kind and encouraging to my daughter- making her feel normal and at ease with her skin. She was knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, professional, and thorough. My daughter left the appointment feeling encouraged and with more self-confidence than she had when we arrived. And, we are seeing great results thanks to her recommended products and tips!!! Hayley is phenomenal and we can’t thank her enough! I will be recommending her to all of my friends for their future skincare needs. Thank you, Hayley, for helping my girl’s skin and confidence. Liz did a great job! First explaining ahead of time all the many procedures for my facial and then doing the facial itself along with a chemical peel. She also repeated the explanations as she carried out each step. The atmosphere and ambiance was so relaxing. I was thrilled with the results! She is a very pleasant person and I will definitely return to her. I highly recommend Liz! !

This was my second time at Senara. My first appointment with Laura. I cant say enough about the first class customer service i experience. The service itself was great. The technique and care given during treatment was wonderful. I also spent time talking other staff members regarding skin care and it was like talking with a neighbor. very comfortable and willing to give recommendations, Senara makes everyone that walks in the door feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to a few professional massage therapist. All of them have a beautiful building inside and out with a great staff. I will say coming to Senara for the first time makes me feel like this was home. Staff was very friendly and informative. Services they offered were fantastic. The private locker to me was a big deal as I was not worried about my belongings going missing. My massage therapist (Marcus) did a phenomenal job!! I would give my experience here a 12/10 and I will be going back. I promise you won’t be disappointed

I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Kramer and his team for the excellent care I’ve received. Despite being in pain, I’ve felt truly supported by Dr. Kramer’s expertise and compassion. He takes time to listen and explain each step, which has been so reassuring. His staff is equally wonderful—kind, efficient, and attentive. They’ve made a challenging time much easier, and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and care.

This was the first time I've ever gotten a professional facial, and it was great. LaJava was excellent, and the facility was perfect, with comfy robes, nice locker room and showers, and a calming atmosphere. Headed back for a massage in a few weeks.

My massage with Patricia was one of the best massages I have ever had. She listened to my comments about where I hold my stress and what I wanted her to focus on. The massage was perfection. She found my stress points and worked each of them without further information from me. She also checked to make sure pressure was good. Highly recommend her!!!!

The birthday gift card to Senara was a great surprise. Show up early so you can relax with no phones in the lounge area in your robe and then enjoy a wonderful and relaxing massage. Patricia knows her stuff. I hope I can get in there again sometime! The sweet orange aromatherapy was pleasant as well. An 80 minute massage is advised if you're extra stressed. The 55 minutes I had was still wonderful!
