If you love your family please don't put them in this facility. The worst patient care I've ever seen. They will leave you sitting in your own mess for 45 minutes before they get somebody in to clean them up. We took our family member home early due to the less than substandard care. We also spoke to several families that said the same thing. It's awful.

I have been very disappointed in this facility. The needs of the residents are not important to the staff. They overdose patients to make them unable to even speak to make their jobs easier. Rehab is a joke. And most of the time simply denied to the residents. It has been a fight to get even substandard care for a friend of mine. Even milk is difficult to get.

Full on 5 🌟. I was released to Selma Health and Rehab from the hospital after being in a car wreck. I had several broken bones and concussion and they took excellent care of me. The house keeping staff kept my room very clean. ...absolutely spotless. And the food was very good. All the nurses were kind to me and were professional. The Occupational and Physical Therapist really did a great job of help me to get my body back in gear. All Covid precautions were taken. Special shout out to TeAirea Coleman who always went above and beyond while nursing me back to health.

This place is not clean! My father in-law was in there for rehab after a stroke. Upon arrival there were three rooms with signs on the doors stating that those rooms had a virus that was catchable, ( C-Diff ) within a short time my FIL also had this virus. He had to be shipped to a hospital where he fought this horrible virus and lost. He was sent home to die and did four days later. Nobody tells you how deadly this virus is and how hard it is to kill out. If everyone had worn gloves, masks, gowns, and the rooms were disinfected properly, we believe he would still be alive. If you want good care, you better look elsewhere!

They have a good physical therapy program and the night nurse who cared for my grandmother was amazing, but other than that this place is awful! Someone even took my grandmother's clothes and glasses at this place. It takes an awful person to steal from a little old lady who is bedridden.
