Absolutely the best choice I've made! I've been dealing with pelvic floor pain for years, but felt so alone, and ashamed of the problem. I also didn't really know what was causing it because I was too embarrassed to go to the doctor. About 3 years ago, I finally made the decision to tackle the issue because I just couldn't take the pain anymore. After finally figuring out my diagnoses, I've been seeing Sarah at Select Therapy, and receiving treatments at Mayo Clinic. I am so happy to say I have finally found relief. No more laying on the floor in the fetal position for hours at a time sobbing. I can now handle this pain on my own as it comes, which is MUCH more rare, because I've learned coping mechanisms on top of the therapy treatments I've received. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you're in a situation like mine. Women don't need to suffer in shame or embarrassment from pelvic floor dysfunction, and should be allowed to feel the freedom to speak about these things with each other, and feel comfortable doing so. I'm so glad I now feel this way thanks to taking the chance and opening up.

I have had two of my daughters who are high school athletes work with Brett at Select Therapy. He is great with them and has gotten them back at it stronger than ever. Olivia came back to be Warrior Athlete of the year after her injury and Mya went to State for swimming in all her events with an injury during her season this year. I would highly recommend Select Therapy!

Select Therapy is a bright, modern facility with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take the time to listen and care for patients who are there to resolve their ailments. I would not hesitate to recommend Select Therapy to friends and family.

I have used Select Therapy many times over the years and when needed I always go back because they are so knowledgeable and work with in my tolerance. I can give them 5 stars plus highly recommend them as a former health care provider..other PT providers in the Brainerd lakes area and either have been charged for services I never received or I received poor therapy.

I'm sure glad I did my left knee after 6 weeks is doing very well.. it's a major help to have a great physical therapist!! If you're planning on doing a total knee...make sure you do your exercises !! you get out of your new knee what you put into it..😎

I have just finished my 3rd week out of 6 - 8 weeks. The staff there is wonderful!!! The 3 therapists I'm working with have all shared the same basic info, but have each contributed their own hints for my success. I appreciate each one of them and I look forward to the end of my 6 - 8 weeks because I know I will be so much better. I will continue to use what they are teaching me to stay well. I've received care at Select Therapy for many years and for many issues. I love how personable and knowledgeable the staff are. They motivate me to feal the best and youngest I can.

I have worked mostly with Jamie T and Kim P. I am beyond thankful for all the work they put in guiding me through my rehabilitation. They are both knowledgeable and driven to help the patients overcome their physical struggles. They monitor closely to ensure the exercises are done correctly. Jamie (with whom I worked the most) combines a firm professional approach with kindness and understanding, and pushes me to achieve my goals the correct way, while carefully following my post op plan.
