Select Physical Therapy - Worcester

From my initial call to my last appointment, I am truly impressed with all the staff and the services I received at Select Physical Therapy on Shore Dr. in Worcester. The admin. staff go out of their way to put one at ease and feel welcomed consistently. Matt and Mike are an excellent team of professional practitioners that not only helped me make significant process post-surgery, but easily earned my trust and respect. Thank you all for making this a genuinely positive experience!

These people at the Shore drive location are highly knowledgeable, professional and personable. From my initial intake with Nancy to my ongoing treatment with Matthew and Michael for my knee, it's been nothing but a overwhelmingly positive experience. They have helped me dramatically in making positive strides to full rehabilitation of my injured knee for a successful return to work through different exercises, encouragement, massage and treatment, etc... Not to mention, during the recent storms that we were plagued with, the front office personnel were great and proactive to ensure my appointment was moved to a safer, more convenient timeframe. They have also been a model of professionalism throughout. To summarize, I would highly recommend the people at Select for any therapy needs.

Select Therapy is an excellent place to heal after surgery. The therapists there are well qualified, and very courteous. They never ask you to do any exercise you feel uncomfortable with. They also are very accommodating if you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment. I certainly would recommend them!!

My awesome PT and Rachel is the amazing customer service scheduler. I came to Select Therapy on a muscle pull at the base of my back. Megan and Rachel are so personable. Megantakes time to learn who you are and she has a great patient care therapy...and yes those massages are to die for. Rachel works with your schedule and you can feel her smile through the phone. I love being a Patient at Select Physical Therapy

The Staff at Select Physical Therapy take a 'whole body' approach realizing that body structures are all connected. That approach paired with their careful listening to patients' feedback allows them to provide OUTSTANDING care. They handle the doctor/insurance company paperwork allowing the patient's focus to be : COMPLETE recovery. If the patient's goal is 99% pre incident function, they will work HARD to help the patient achieve his or her goal. I highly recommend their services!

Both my wife and I had PT on 2 total knee replacements spanning 9 years to present with outstanding results. Last summer I painfully injured my lower back, neck, shoulder and arm with a freak fall. Prescription pain pills did no help. Physical PT. massage did the job very well.
