Select Physical Therapy - West Hartford

I am pleased with their services. It's nothing special and has a fairly clinical feel to it. It would be nice if it felt more homey, but what's important are the services which you can find provided within. The entire area is a large common room where multiple therapists work with even more multiple patients at once. I feel like while it's a good place, there's nothing that makes me think it stands out in any discernable way.

I have been fortunate in choosing Select PT for both Pre & Post Surgical PT more than 5 years. During that time I have had the opportunity to work with 5 of their therapists. Each one a specialist, compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, and encouraging. Whenever I walked into the treatment center I felt welcomed by a group that gelled together like a family. Andrea, Cody, Brooke, & Chase (forgot one person’s name) were phenomenal. If need be I will return in the future. And look forward as well to solving “The Joke of the Day” & “The Trivia” questions.

Physical Therapist, Jennifer Fournier, is very kind and patient; she took time to explain my condition and treatment. I appreciate her follow-up with how I was doing after treatment as well. Everyone at Select PT was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Kayla was great in helping me with my pelvic floor issues! My only regret is not starting PT sooner. I was unable to get any kind of exercise for a majority of my pregnancy due to the pain. At 32 weeks pregnant, I had so much sciatic nerve pain that I was barely able to get around my house. At 37 weeks pregnant, I can walk go for walks and live my life with no pain!

Jeanette identified a remedy to help me quickly and efficiently. She exhibited great customer care, addressing any issues and questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Select PT in WEST HARTFORD. The space is comfortable, sure. The hours are also flexible, making it easy to fit in sessions. It's the folks who work there, though, who bring their expertise, compassion, and enthusiasm to the work, that make this place so special. I was able to address multiple issues from primary pain to prevention and improving my exercise routines. I worked primarily with Cody, and also Andrew, and would 110% recommend.
