Monica is friendly, kind, understanding of limitations but full of encouragement. She is patient too as I continually ask her to repeat instructions when changing exercises.

The team at Select in Waynesboro was knowledgable and compassionate and also realistic about my limitations. They remained positive, encouraging, and with their expertise, my problem was corrected sooner than I imagined !

I had total knee replacement and started therapy 4 days after surgery. The team at Select Physical Therapy were very knowledgeable. They pushed me just enough. Never more than I could handle. I finished in 4 weeks. If I ever need therapy again I will DEFINITELY go back here!!!! Thank you Andrew and Megan for getting me back to 100% for the first time in years!!!!!

I chose Select PT to help me reduce back pain and regain strength overall when I was having a lot of issues with my lower back, hips, and knees. Andrew and Josh are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, positive and encouraging. They worked hard to provide safe, quality care to all patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they helped me rebuild my strength and achieve a good foundation to continue getting in better shape. I will also give an honorable mention to the front desk staff who are also very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the VCU students who worked with me and did a great job during my time at Select PT as well.
