Select Physical Therapy - Watertown

Fantastic physical therapy group. From the receptionist to the therapists, everything is top notch. Eric is supportive and reassuring! Even when I have had days, I feel better after leaving and look forward to my next session.

Jason is a great PT. He has created clear attainable goals that help me chart my progress. His knowledge and patience combine to guide me through my exercises. And he has an engaging approach that creates a very safe and friendly environment.

Love the atmosphere, Cheyenne is so nice, smiles all the time, very professional, and always is accommodating for scheduling. My son has anxiety issues and loves coming to Eric, he's very professional, and down to earth, he helps make my son feel comfortable to talk when he is at PT...

This is my first experience with Select Therapy and I couldn't be happier with the outcome so far. I already feel better in the short time I have been going. Eric is a great therapist and I highly recommend this facility.

I have been treated on three separate occasions over the past 2 years at Select Physical Therapy in Watertown CT. And if there is ever a time I need more therapy I will go back there again. The last two times my therapist has been Eric Tietz. He is very capable and has been very patient about structuring my therapy to my capabilities as an older woman. I also like the atmosphere at Select in Watertown. It is relaxing just to be there! I have felt completely safe during the COVID pandemic as Select has taken every precaution to keep us safe.

Highly recommend this place! The staff here are wonderful- very friendly and knowledgeable. I tore my ACL and Meniscus and started coming here after surgery. As an athlete I am very motivated to speed up my recovery process and get back into sports as soon as possible. Jason has exceeded my expectations and is helping me achieve my goal!

I’ve been to two different Physical Therapy clinics in the last 6 months. I have to say without question that Eric at Select Physical Therapy is far and away the more professional and effective provider.( I’m not going to mention the other Outfit by name, but it’s a well-known franchise in the Southbury/Watertown area).
