Chanel Ebert has combined encouragement with practical personal goals. She is extremely knowledgable yet takes the time to explain each fitness goal. After having a total knee replacement, I wasn't sure I would be able to hike off trails in Alaska and other places. Chanel has incorporated balance as well as developing flexibility and strength, so I can catch myself if I start to trip. She is a positive therapist with numerous tools and really listens to your pain levels and personal needs. Thank you Chanel! You have truly been a gift.

Sawyer is a knowledgeable, engaging therapist. I feel like he pays attention to how I’m doing the exercises and makes sure it’s correct. He seems to genuinely care about my progress. Would definitely recommend him.

Select Physical Therapy is the Best! I’ve had their help with two injuries over the past 7 years. They’ve made the process of healing successful and the therapist’s are knowledgeable and caring. Also the office staff are Great, handling the insurance and appointments with smooth efficiency and kindness. Also the location is very handy for those of us that live north of Wasilla, Meadow Lakes area. If you need physical therapy, they’re the ones to use!!

My husband Dave (69) was referred for 8 weeks of PT by his doctor after a long illness which kept him mostly sedentary for 4 months. He lost a lot of muscle mass and had little stamina for simple everyday tasks. He looked and felt much older than he was. From Day One Chanel kept him challenged and encouraged him to practice at home as well. He did them grudgingly at first, but after 3 weeks he was feeling stronger and his attitude changed. I was amazed by how much better he felt and looked!! He had some really good appointments with Dean too, but mostly he worked with Chanel. Chanel always had so much positive energy! She knew just how much to push him with increasingly challenging exercises. She made everything fun! Soon Dave was smiling and laughing and looking forward to his sessions because he knew how much better he would feel afterwards! We can’t thank you enough Chanel and Dean!! We are forever grateful! You are both FANTASTIC! We hope Select Therapy knows how great you both are! You should probably get bonuses, or maybe a big bump in salary . . . or at least an all expense paid vacation to Hawaii! 😉😉 We miss you Chanel!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great instructions on post surgery recovery. I felt and moved better after one visit and have great at home exercises helping me too.

Very pleased with PT here. While on an extended trip to AK I had hip issues requiring PT. Last time I was here it was still First Choice PT so didn't know what to expect, but pleasantly surprised at the continuing professionalism and quality care. In particular, Hannah, was excellent! I was in a lot of pain and she was gentle and went at the pace I could handle. Laurel at the front desk is always friendly and efficient.

I thoroughly look forward to and enjoy physical therapy with Arianna at Select. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable & attentive to my schedule and needs. It has been an amazing journey and I would most definitely recommend Select to anyone seeking PT.
