Select Physical Therapy - Wallingford

I've gone to Select PT for two separate issues over the past several years (sciatica and vertigo), and they've fixed me up with an amazing plan for healing both times and such professional yet personal care.

Cassandra has been great. The environment she creates in the office is comfortable light and fun. I’m comfortable with my treatment progression and I love how she talks through, and explains the why behind the exercises. I look forward to going to therapy. Jake is fantastic as well. Super sweet and thoughtful. Sawyer seems very pleasant over the phone, although I’ve not yet met her. The whole team is lovely. Highly recommend this location.

Was very pleased at the beginning of my treatment.Al I went in a short period I saw the preferential treatment one particular patient was getting.It affected me because I was schedule at the same time This patient acted like it was his own private therapist and she was very happy to impress him and accommodate him If ii interrupted their private session by asking a question .I got a yes or No All my equipment was set up prior to my visit so I just follow the same routine with minimal supervision.After 5to 6 visits I realize I was not given a treatment plan and I was wasting my time and Medicare money. The therapist in question knows exactly who she is Bias and preferential treatment in a therapeutic environment ? I did not come back and I am sure she knows why

Cassandra is the best physical therapist I’ve had and it’s the 4 th one I’ve had in the last 2 years. Getting results!😁😁😁

This office is very accommodating. Cassandra has 20+ years of expertise and I have faith in her program to help me walk again. She is very honest as to what happens if I don't do my part in the physical therapy. Jake and other office staff are very nice, and they all practice safe distancing with others. I am glad I chose this office. Give them a try you will be very satisfied.

As someone who has been through physical therapy before. Select Physical Therapy is a cozier setting than most. Jacob walked me through the paperwork, insurance and all the need-to-knows. Cassandra is my physical therapist. She's knowledgeable, understanding, and encouraging. I'm so glad I found Select Therapy!

Cassandra and her fellow PT's are amazing. They always make me feel good about going in. And Cassandra always helps with my pain level and has helped me to be able to learn how to manage to keep it much lower myself. I truly can say that Select Physical Therapy has made an incredible difference in my life.

I would definitely rate Select Physical Therapy with 5 stars! More stars if that was possible. I was referred to them by my physician for some terrible terrible arthritic pain that I was experiencing all the time, they were so professional, supportive and knowledgeable as to what I could do to lessen that pain. The appointments were set up with ease with their staff and my insurance issues were also handled by them. I also witnessed them working with other patients during my sessions and I have to say, everyone there was taken care of to the upmost of care. I am so happy that I was referred to them and would recommend anyone who needs rehab to see them.
