Select Physical Therapy - Truckee - Brockway

Emily and Sarah are both very knowledgeable in their field, patient, and easy to work with. The PT program assigned is appropriately geared toward injury and strengthening, and they review at check-in, things to adjust or modify as needed. So far, I am very happy with Select and the therapists I am working with.

Emily is the most knowledgeable, professional, knows exactly what to go after based on how you are feeling. Unfortunately, I have been in PT since I was 29. I have never worked with someone as awesome as Emily, she truly shows you she cares about your well being, she works with me amd I just love her! She's the best I have ever worked with...

Highly recommend Select PT in Truckee. The atmosphere at Select is incomparable. It was a breath of fresh air walking into such a grounded and calming environment compared to others I have tried in the area. PT Sarah is amazing! She is thorough, knowledgeable and uplifting. I knew I was in good hands as Sarah has personal experience with my specific injury and surgery. Her at home plans kept me on track and motivated. I am 5 weeks post op and have improved immensely! Front desk greets you with a smile and is very accommodating to scheduling future appointments and answering any insurance questions. I am so grateful to have found Select PT:)

Truly impressed with my treatment plan with Select PT at “the rock”. Lauren has worked with me through the summer and fall to address strength and balance issues that were impacting my right knee which originally prevented me from enjoying skiing at the end of 22-2023 season. I’m pleased to say my first few days out this winter 23-2024 have been awesome with no pain! The entire staff is very professional. Just a very positive and fun environment. Highly recommend.

Excellent PT experience with Emily B. She is very professional and has an engaging personality. She did a thorough examination and customized my PT plan very carefully to maximize recovery of my knee function (torn ACL/no surgery) in a pretty short amount of time (about 2 months, just before ski season). She gave me lots of new exercises I had never done before, and kept the sessions demanding but fun. She cares a lot about her patient's progress, and you never get bored in her sessions. I highly recommend Select PT on Brockway Rd, Truckee. Head and shoulders above other places I visited for my PT needs.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They took the time to properly diagnose my issue and quickly followed through with a recovery plan.

Emily is amazing. I have osteoarthritis in my fingers and have lost a lot of movement. Therapy with Emily has restored some movement and she has given me exercises that help strengthen my fingers, hands, and forearms. I highly recommend this clinic for any and all physical therapy needs. The staff is the best!
