Brian and Amanda in the Simsbury office are top notch. I came back to them after a second knee injury, unable to straighten my leg and defeated feeling like I would not be okay to go on a family trip to Italy. They assured me I could do it, got my leg straighter and stronger. I cannot recommend them more. Great senses of humor and good people. Update:In Italy and have been going up and down hills and steps for 5 days now and all good. Very happy.

I suffered a severe shoulder injury separating my shoulder at grade 5 and tearing my labrum playing hockey last december. Select PT was a huge help in my pre and post operation recovery. Amanda, Mark, Ashley, Russ, and Judy all benefitted my experience as a patient. Amanda made sure to motivate me to do all my exercises with proper form and she provided me with exercises to do at home printed on paper upon request. Anytime Russ was helping me I knew I was in good care, a very intelligent and well spoken individual who somehow had an answer to every question I had. After 4 and a half months of PT my arm feels better than it ever has and now I'm rehabbing on my own. This is my 2nd year spending way too much time at PT as a 18 year old, I've chosen Select PT in Simsbury for my ACL recovery as well back in 2022 and 60 sessions later I wouldn't want to rehab anywhere else! Make sure you bring your own water bottle, the cups they provide are similar to that of paper ketchup cups.

I recently injured my elbow playing a contact sport which included a tendon and ligament tear and lost a large range of my elbows motion. After 6 weeks of physical therapy, I was able to gain my range of motion back to normal without having to do surgery! Now I am ready to hit the golf course thanks to the therapists at Select. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy as the place is very clean and the therapist team is extremely educated and experienced! Job well done!

Mark has been an excellent help in assisting me, following major balance issues from a foot drop, years ago. Using other areas of treatment he has aided my balance recovery In very surprising ways. My balance has improved over a month and a half of treatment and work effort. And I am confident further work will be beneficial. A good practice and fine people.

I absolutely love this place! I started here when I was recovering from surgery and staying with my daughter. I'm now back home in another town, but choose to stay with the therapists in Simsbury. They push me to do my best to recover from my knee replacement. They're simply the best!

Select pt and Brian Lilly are amazing for athletes returning to play. Not all physical therapists are great for athletes it’s a little bit different in my opinion That expertise comes from experience of working with athletes and having performance based knowledge. Brian is who I have brought my son to numerous times and will continue to use.

The best experience I could have asked for with a work injury! Thank you to all of the staff for their hard work and patience. Never would have expected to have so much fun while getting my neck back into shape. Would highly recommend to anyone in need!
