"Eileen at Select Physical Therapy have been absolutely great. From the beginning I felt welcomed and cared for by the entire team. Eileen is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also highly adaptable in her approach to treatment. She listens attentively and adjusts the therapy sessions based on my symptoms and progress. The scheduling process has been seamless, thanks to the accommodating staff at Select Physical Therapy. I can't recommend Eileen and Select Physical Therapy highly enough—they truly go above and beyond to help their patients on the road to recovery."

The therapists there are wonderful. They seem to care about your progress and they are attentive to your issues. I feel better after my time there.

Professional experience Always on time. I love them. PT Nicole makes me feel like a family.

I had authorizations for their location. They wouldn't talk to me until I told them what insurance I was on. When I told them what is was, they magically no longer had space available for new patients. They wouldn't even tell me what the authorization codes were for. Sounded corrupt to me.

Terrible, lack of empathy and professionalism. Used my only PTO only for them to not be flexible due to things out of my control on my way there. Used to be good but not anymore. Will take my business and colleagues/partners business elsewhere.

Managerial Administration here are the worst. Michael Bender is a self absorbed, self important garbage person running this clinic like a petulant child. The desk staff and part time therapists are great but the management here are condescending and without empathy. Don't waste your time here. Your needs and consideration for your condition are the last thing management cares about. Cold and unfriendly your condition will worsen and you will be in worse condition with the garbage leadership here. Avoid this PT company.

I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and needed a PT familiar with it. I finally found Nicole Bader with Select PT. Not only is she very knowledgeable about EDS & PT in general, but she is also kind and compassionate. She really wants to help. She takes the time to listen and to explain things thoroughly. I am not just a number to her. So glad I found her. Also, Diana at the front desk is fantastic. She helped me a lot with my insurance and doctors before I even made my first appointment. She's cheerful, knows what she's doing and actually does what she says she's going to do. It's a pleasure to see her on each of my visits.
