Select Physical Therapy - Raleigh - Blue Ridge Road

I'm in my 30's and have experienced back spasms over the past several years. Over the years and in different cities, I went to multiple chiropractors. It helped, but I kept having episodes. This year, I tried PT instead...and wow! I have never felt stronger! I definitely ignored different critical muscle groups over the years. The therapists here equipped me with the tools to improve my physical health and well-being. An extra big thank you to Catie and Marcin - thank you for your patience, persistence, and push to help me heal. It was bittersweet as I finished my last session a couple of weeks ago, but great people work there and I would highly recommend them.

The care has been well-tailored to my priorities. All the staff listens well. They are kind and informative. Marcin has worked with me the most. He corrects my form, and checks to make sure I’m within my comfort zone with my exercises and with his applied therapy. I appreciate the attention to detail.

I can honestly say I was truly blessed when I found Select PT. I have come a long way since my back surgery but still have a long ways to go. I could not have done this without my physical therapist, Marcin. He truly cares and is very proactive in getting the help you need. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

So very thankful I went to Marcin. I had suffered for 2 months with vertigo and Marcin knew exactly what to do. I walked out with no more vertigo symptoms!! I’m very grateful that the Vertigo hasn’t returned! He was very well educated, attentive and kind. I will always recommend others to him!

Excellent PT office. Other places I’ve been before tried to get me to schedule beyond my availability which was annoying, but at Select they work with your schedule and provide quality care during the time you have available. Therapists are all very kind and knowledgeable and it feels like they actually care about you and have a vested interest in your recovery and healing. Highly recommend!

OMG!!!!!!!! This is the place to be. Did I say to be……. I meant to go. The staff is very caring, and concerned with your physical therapy needs. They’re professional. When I first went there which I started in September 2023. I literally was in tears because of the pain I was having. They were understanding of how I was feeling and assured me that they were there for me and to help me get better. They made me feel like “we got you.” I finished my therapy recently. I’m sooo glad I chose this place to do my therapy. I’m feeling better. I got my life back. Thank you select physical therapists @ Blue Ridge rd. You guys are the bomb. com❤️❤️❤️‼️
