Select Physical Therapy - Pasadena - Old Towne

I had a frustrating experience when I called another Select Physical Therapy location in a nearby city. They were cold, unhelpful, and downright rude—it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by reaching out. But then, I called Select Physical Therapy in Old Town Pasadena, and everything changed. From the moment Ms. Martini answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She was incredible—the kind of person who instantly makes you feel seen, heard, and valued. Talking to her felt like catching up with a beloved family member. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for me as a patient were unmatched. Martini went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and hopeful. She not only helped me but made me feel safe and respected every step of the way. This is exactly what customer service should look like! Martini’s dedication, empathy, and professionalism blew me away. She’s a true gem, and Select Physical Therapy is lucky to have her. I can’t recommend this location enough! If you’re looking for top-notch care with a personal touch, this is the place to go!

I just finished my first session at Select Physical Therapy, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! Tara at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. She did a great job answering all the questions I had. Christian, my physical therapist, was amazing. He taught me great exercises and techniques that really helped with my injuries. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend this place!

I have high praises for Select Physical Therapy - Pasadena Old Town. I broke my leg in June and needed to get into PT following immediate surgery asap. I called over 10 different PT places and the soonest appointment was 6-8 weeks out. Tara, who works the front desk, heard my desperation and kindly squeezed me in the following week. She has a wonderful bedside manner and genuinely wants to help clients recover. The director Christian has also provided excellent care, with his patient, informed, and gentle ways. He even takes the time to show you diagrams and explain the rehab process and which muscles we’re focused on. I’m still early in my recovery but the first few weeks have been positive — already noticing I’m gaining more strength and mobility. The facility is clean and nice and meets needs; and the people are dedicated to helping you get better.

This is my first time being a patient at Select Physical Therapy. I had the pleasure of meeting Christian Dizon, who is my PT. He was personable, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was easy-going and listened to my complaint of injury to my elbow. He was very careful as not to give me more pain while assessing my injury. He began to give me treatment and showed me various exercises. I really enjoyed our interaction and the treatment he has provided me thus far. My elbow showed tremendous improvement. Therefore, I give Crhistian 5 stars. I also give 5 stars to the facility. It's spacious and not tight quarters like some that I have visited. It's definitely a one on one treatment. Highly recommend this facility for physical therapy.

Christian D. is an awesome physical therapist! Truly. He’s passionate about his work, caring, and most importantly, very highly skilled. He goes above and beyond to ensure patient safety and provide the best treatment for great outcomes. I had PT before coming to Select, but it wasn’t until coming here with Christian’s therapy that I experienced significant improvement. I was actually surprised at times when I saw improvement that I thought would never happen. Great feeling!!! Very happy with Christian, and I appreciate his patience and can-do attitude. Professional staff and great location. Highly recommend.

This review is regarding the front office experience only. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone at this location. After emailing in my documents so the office could confirm eligibility, I received no response and had to follow up by phone. The office confirmed I was eligible and I made an appointment for an evaluation. Regrettably, I had to cancel a few days before the appointment. I left a voicemail requesting a call back to reschedule, but was not contacted. I have since called 2 more times, every time going to voicemail, and every time leaving a message, and have received no call back.
