Marcus himself is beyond a five star. The only reason I took away one star is because when I first started I wanted to try Edgar and Marcus so I booked twice a week, one session with each of them. I had heard wonderful things about Edgar but here was my experience. He spent less than 20 minutes with me interrupted by having to multitask with staff and other clients at the same time. When he was done with me I asked him why the session was super short and he told me my insurance doesn’t reimburse what he is worth. I was really upset because it’s not my fault as I pay for one of the most expensive Blue Shield PPO’s offered. Marcus doesn’t make you feel like you are an insurance number only-he takes every single client with pride and I appreciate that very much. I know Edgar is skilled but his distractions during a session and his comment made me realize Marcus is a better match for me.

This place administratively is a nightmare. No one will ever answer the phone if you call. They have overcharged me multiple times and route you to a central billing office that is not helpful, and requires weeks of calling to get a refund. I am still attempting to get refunded from 6 weeks ago. I asked this office to not charge me anymore and they said they noted it yet still continued to overcharge on my card. I do not recommend giving your credit card information to here. If I was not diligent they would continue to take money that is not theirs. On top of this, I have never gone to a physical therapy office that is so strict with a referral slip. They initially only allowed me to make 4 appointments (turned into 3) because my physician didn't explicitly state how many appointments I needed/a treatment plan. Everywhere else I have been (and I have been to many places) leaves that to the physical therapist's discretion. They claim this is for insurance. This then led to huge delays in me getting more appointments past 4 weeks. I also was tossed between a student and physical therapist here who did not seem to communicate/gave contradictory advice. I hoped this place would be good given such high ratings but unfortunately I will be seeking treatment elsewhere now.

First of all I would love to rate this place a 100 ⭐✨ if I could because of their attention to their patients not only in getting them back to work or everyday life activities but understanding that every patient is different and their rehabilitation is different. They take into consideration their pain level and everyday activities towards putting together a plan that will benefit the patient for a life term plan rather than just to get back to work. I have been going to them for a couple of years now first Jodie which she was amazing and now Marcus and their manager and whole staff is so welcoming and attentive to your needs and progress it truly is an amazing place I would recommend this place if you want a life changing plan to live longer and pain free

Besides being clean, organized facility- the staff there is simply the best one could wish for! Knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly- they genuinely care for the patients! I know Dr. Edgar Hussein for years now and have total trust in his ability and commitment to bring the best care possible. Back in 2018 he fixed an ongoing issue and it never came back (after I've tried several chiropractors and even famous Acupuncture specialist, who worked on several Lakers.. no permanent resolution was found). In less than two months I got my active life back and have no worries to say good enough for gratitude. No surprise, this facility was top choice by (top) surgeon, who is treating me for serious injury, after cycling accident. If I ever need physical therapy, I sincerely state Select Physical Therapy is the only solution. Having piece of mind (because of them) is priceless!

Kenneth is fantastic. Very good therapeutic touch and guidance with regard to exercises. I like that he emails a plan to follow at home. His positive attitude gives me hope about my injury.

Location was very close to my home which made it very Convenient. The facility was immaculate. Physical Therapists were very professional, attentively listened and very VERY knowledgeable! Positive on your recovering! And not bad on the 👀! A BEAUTIFUL staff!

Hands on therapy. Manual manipulation which is key for rehab on my back. Knowledgeable staff. Not insurance pushers so they are focused on actual improvement and not just pushing you through generic treatment. Considering continuing treatment out of pocket! @aVeganAndHer

Jodie is wonderful. She is a true professional and is great at her job. I would recommend her to anyone needing occupational therapy of their hands.
