I am new to Select Physical Therapy. But I am very happy with the way they operate and how I am treated. They are on time. They listen to what you are telling them and they make adjustments if needed. They are always cheerful. And one thing that impressed me is that the one working with me watched my face for any indication of discomfort and they quickly backed off on what they were doing, all of this before I could say anything. Being a medical person myself I understand how important that is. I would highly recommend them to you.

Mandi Ehlers is an excellent Physical Therapist She knows when to push you during a session and is also great about recognizing when you are hurting and needs to pull back and not have you do certain exercises. She is very personable and highly qualified! I highly recommend Mandi and Select Physical Therapy in Palmer, AK!
Shane has been very kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient as I’m working through my first few PT appointments. I’m so happy I chose Select PT for my knee recovery.
An expert at what he does. I am improving daily because of the exercises he sends home. Gaining more flexibility each day. Thank you, Jaxon!
Staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They did a great job for me and have made a huge difference. Shane, James and Mandi are outstanding therapists. Thank you to all of you. I'm glad I chose to go there.
Experienced and knowledgeable therapist providing help for pain and building strength. Great team of professionals.
Irritating Session; Jiggled and Fidgeted Shoulder while calling it a "massage:" It was my very first session at Select Physical Therapy, Palmer: I let Mandi know I was transferring there from a physical therapy place that had recently refused me the usual 20 minute shoulder massages before doing the workout exercises. I’m recovering from two separate shoulder surgeries: repaired rotator cuff, over ten bone spurs removed, four muscle tears repaired, and partial collarbone removal. I wish Mandi would have let me know from the very beginning that she had no intention of doing a massage? The session was a living Hell: Mandi kept jiggling and fidgeting my shoulder; it was extremely irritating. I asked Mandi to stop. Mandi instead explained to me that she was “mimicking an electric massager and vibrator.” It was so awful! It made me tense up even more. Mandi then continued with the jiggling and fidgeting. It was a living Hell; an absolute nightmare! When Mandi ended the session, she asked me “How about twice a week?” I was already feeling so horrible that hearing her say that almost emotionally knocked me out. Getting up off the table was difficult; Mandi didn’t assist or offer to help. Mandi also tried to sell me something from Select Physical Therapy’s showcase. I wonder if Mandi receives a commission on the items?
Ivy and Jaxson were excellent to work with. Went through my treatment plan very thoroughly, answered all my questions and were very enjoyable to talk to. In general the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
