Facilities are first class. Staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to needs of patients. It is a pleasure for me to have these people working with me.
Just got off the phone with a scheduler there and they had just a bizarre approach to communications with the referring surgeon and scheduling in general. Hard pass on this location. If the basics like communications and business operations are difficult from the start then how can you trust them to provide competent health care and treatment? Hard pass.
Amanda has been so thorough in my physical therapy after my wrist surgery. She explains things in a manner that I understand I look forward to working with her at every visit!
