Anne was absolutely amazing and they have the best team to work on everyone’s problems. The issue with this business is their 3rd world billing and power tripping accountant. Very nasty person. Be warned this business will schedule 30 minute sessions and retroactively charge a full hour if the session lasts 31 minutes months later. I thought I had already paid for everything and made sure to get receipts in person but nope! They send the collectors after you months later. Absolute joke of a business.

Trish is easily the best physical therapist I've ever had - and that's saying something since I am rather accident prone. She is warm, diligent, skilled and genuinely cares! 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Kaeleigh is a very professional, thorough, and caring therapist. She offers lots of encouragement and praise; and she is fun to talk with. I have seen significant improvement under her care.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, and a flexible schedule for appointments. After a short intake on the laptop, my therapist Courtney got me started on strengthening and balance exercises to gain better mobility. Would choose Physical Therapy here again.

The atmosphere in this place is very positive. I noticed just entering the building. My PT (Maggie) was very upbeat, she did a few clicks of info.on her laptop. Then concentrated on getting the mobility and strength I needed to walk correctly. In other words me being able to walk/ move with ease, after knee surgery. Thank you! Maggie joe

Maggie is GREAT! Listens to the problems you are experiencing and then uses her knowledge to work with you on getting better!!

The actual physical therapy seems pretty decent, but the clerical side of things is very sloppy. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because they booked me with the wrong type of physical therapist. Once I was an established patient, trying to reschedule an appointment, they tried to book me with another therapist who didn't have the right area of expertise. It feels like a little attention to detail at the front desk would go a long way.
