Select Physical Therapy - North Haven

Select Physical Therapy took me on as a patient with 3 spinal injuries, both of my knees in constant excruciating pain, and no hope after a MVA. In a short period of time they transformed me back into being mobile enough to play with my children, go back to work, and helped me heal from what I used to think was an impossible situation to recover from. I wish I could give them 20 stars. I highly recommend that you, your loved ones, your friends, and even your coworkers go see them with any physical therapy needs. I know if i ever need them again then I'll be back. Located minutes from I91, exit 9. You can also access them from Route 80 New Haven, Route 17 North Haven, and Route 5 North Haven.

I am a new patient of Physical Therapy in North Haven and I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The entire team is caring, professional, and very nice to work with. My physical therapist, Kristina Cartier, was able to identify the tight muscles in my back that have given me 7 months of intense lower back pain, and she has already relieved a lot of my misery. I already feel like a new person! While we have more work to do, I have great confidence in her ability and expertise, and I find myself looking forward to my next session each week!

I highly reccomend this office. The care is very personalized and the staff truly care about their patients recovery. This office is unlike the run of mill physical therapy offices that have the 1980's mentality of leaving you in a room unattended and throwing an electrical stimulation unit and leaving you in a treatment room until "you're time is up". Maybe some people like that approach, but that's not physical therapy. If that's what you want buy a tens unit at Rite Aid. At this office, they take a hands on approach and closely monitor their clients progress. You will be in capible hands.

Excellent facility! Deb on the front. Desk is always spot on! Christina was amazing, and got me back to work in healthy form. I would highly recommend this facility and staff. Their work hardening program was amazing!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Select Physical Therapy. She spend a lot of time with me explaining so much - she gave me exercises to do at home for in between my visits. She is very professional, caring and understanding. I felt very comfortable with her. She deserves a 10! I was very pleased and would recommend her to anyone who need physical therapy. She made me feel very confident that we can fix my back issues. I’ve been to chiropractors who didn’t help they only made things worse but after leaving physical therapy last week it felt so good to know someone cares enough to really help me. I am looking forward to going back this week and continuing because for once in a long time I know I’m not wasting my time or money - I’m finally getting help. Kristina is absolutely one of a kind. She really cares - She’s terrific!!

My experience with my therapy is progressing very well. Kristina is making an old man's body to feel young again. Don't hesitate to join the physical therapy in North Haven. If you don't then that's your mistake. Thanks again.
