Adam, Megan and Delaney are are wonderful! Immediately made me feel comfortable. They were great about explaining things in terms that made sense in relation to my specific issues and pain. Not sure that I will ever be completely pain free at this stage of my life, but Adam and Megan provided me with the knowledge and tools I need to manage my pain and I am definitely feeling so much better than when we first met! Thankful for this team and I would recommend to anyone who is in need of PT.

Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They professionally evaluate your condition and devise a program for your needs. They are encouraging and pay attention to your progress or regression to keep you going forward. Adam, Megan & Delaney are always friendly and professional, eager to get you better. It surprised my Dr after 2 weeks I was able to not use a cane which I had been using for stability for quite awhile. I have been to therapy before and never had the results I’ve had at Select. And they care! I would highly recommend the team at Select Noblesville.

Adam is the man. You’ll never meet a better PT who is the best at his job and truly cares about his patient’s needs! He spends the necessary time evaluating and treating. He loves what he does and seeing people improve and heal. If you put in the work to do your exercises and help yourself, the time spent with Adam using his skills and expertise is most valuable and pays off. Best guy out there for the job! He knows what the spine needs and can help you with it all.

Adam Kays is a professional at what he does. No matter the age, situation, or athletic ability of his patients, he will always put forth the effort to help his patients achieve their goal. Adam has not only helped me quickly recover from many injuries, but has gotten me much stronger in the process. He should always be the first option when it comes to PT.

Physical Therapists Megan and Adam are top-notch—Megan's compassionate methods and Adam's focused approach quickly identified and addressed my issues. Delaney in the front office is a logistics wizard, making scheduling a breeze. Overall, a highly recommended facility for improving well-being and quality of life.

I have been having lower back pain for several years, and outer hip pain for two years. Thankfully, Adam has been working with me, along with Meaghan, on several exercises to strengthen weak back and hip muscles to reduce the pain. At 68 years old I am back running three miles a day on my treadmill, and sleeping much better. It seems Adam has finally determined the root cause of my pain and a plan to improve, perhaps even totally eliminate, those causes.

Adam was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond. After a track injury he was able to get our son back on the field quickly. All of the staff are very friendly.
