Select Physical Therapy - Newington

after hip surgery my doctor recommended Select Physical Therapy for my PT. I'm very glad that I went there. Physical therapy is progressing. I have a very good therapist that challenges my recovery in a good way and have made good strides. The rest of the staff is very good as well, they all bring a human side to it as they interact well with all of the patients. It's a very comfortable setting that promotes positive results.

Excellent! The therapist I work with was absolutely wonderful He was thorough and incredibly helpful I am grateful to say that I hope I don't need any more therapy. He helps me get back the strength and muscles that I lost a few years ago. Highly recommended everyone there is wonderful kind and sweet.

From day one Katherina has been very professional and knowledgeable. She takes great pride in her work and it shows through her attention to the exercises and techniques that relate to my injury and recovery. Would not have any hesitation in recommending her to future clients.

After a total knee replacement, 3rd week post surgery started pt with Keith. Very positive experience. Keith has an easy going demeanor and in tune to your particular therapy needs. Attentive and encouraging during your sessions.

I have always had a great experience at Select PT. I have had Kevin F. (in New Britain) as a therapist in the past and have had Keith P. (now in Newington) in the past and currently am seeing him for a problem with my hip. They are extremely competent, caring and are great at personalizing their plan of care to their patients' needs. I highly recommend them.

Physical Therapist Deanna Lenihan was awesome! First time meeting her for my first pt appointment. I felt like i was in good hands. She was nice, informative and helpful. She educated me in how to do certain exercises for my injury. I was happy after my visit.

I was referred following a tendon repair surgery and I am really happy with my experience so far. The staff are incredibly kind and understanding. Katherine S. is amazing...very competent, kind, and helped calm my nerves about my after surgery care, which I worried about. She provides a great balance of pushing me to try harder and ensuring I am comfortable through the process. She also was patient with me, when I needed more guidance on how to do pt at home. I don't feel judged and I trust that I am in good hands. I highly recommend her and the team at SPT. Appointment times are always easy to schedule and I like that they have hours after 5:00 pm. The facility is always clean and I feel like I am getting comprehensive care.
