Select Physical Therapy

Emily is great. Her expertise and knowledge are second to none. I've had 3 surgeries and have put my trust in Select Physical Therapy in Monument to help with my recovery for all 3. They truly care about their clients. Great experience. Highly recommended. Can't wait to have another surgery.

I had my shoulder reconstructed last March, plus a second surgery to complete the repairs. This required 3 sets of PT. For my third set, I chose Select PT. I wish I had gone to Select PT from the start. The hands-on time is a solid 30 minutes or more, with no downtime, not being handed off to an intern and not working on my own exercised. (I still get that guidance and do that on my own.) The results are better and the quality of results higher. And the people are nice too!

Select Physical Therapy in Monument is the ONLY place my wife and I will go for physical therapy (PT). Not only are the two therapists there (Val and Emily) friendly, professional and caring, but most importantly, they get results. We have used them for knee, neck and hip PT and in every case couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Absolutely the BEST!!!

Busy place, but they strive to get you in on time, and then focus on what you need before they send you off with follow-up exercises. The exercises you do at home between visits makes a difference, so be sure you understand your instructions, which, for me, were diagrams and written descriptions. My PT is Val, am quite happy with her. Front desk Nicole is also wonderful and knowledgeable. Easy to get to from I25.

The staff at Select Therapy has been overwhelming kind, courteous, and very professional in their customer relations and services. Their knowledge and information on particular issues of patients has been extremely helpful in the solutions and resolutions needed. I have been there twice for treatments of an injury with highly regarded results. I am currently still under treatment and if needed again I would definitely request their services. Kudos to professionalism and concern.

Select Physical Therapy has a very friendly, professional staff. I have been through other physical therapy programs before, but what really stands out at Select Physical Therapy is they really take their time with you. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone who is looking for a quick path to recovery.

This location has nice options for paying for treatment. Just ask the front desk prior to setting up appointments for what you need. For my PT, I had months of work done due to the type of accident and injury that occurred. Pilates was part of the reconditioning. Taping, (kinesiology taping), was used which made a huge difference for support of the back. Dry needling was helpful for treatment of pain. It helped to resolve pain and movement impairment, along with many other specifics. Ice, heat, exercises, a caring office staff, and many of the above details made going very beneficial. When the PT needed to be away another PT was there. They gave the needed attention to my therapy to keep me on the road to recovery. If you are looking for Physical therapy, try this location. It was a great place to start my journey to healing my injuries.

VERY impressed with my first visit. Much better than my last experience with PT. They really tried to isolate the problem, and listened to my observations. I feel like FINALLY I might "get somewhere". Also, I never tried the taping before but it has done wonders. Kudos!
