So far it’s been great. Caroline has been attentive throughout the duration of the PT session. She checks in on pain levels, soreness and makes sure exercises are being done properly. Ailie has been awesome too! Looking forward to the end result.

After having an accident which caused hip and shoulder issues and being referred to Select Physical Therapy I have found a team that listens, assesses and puts together a plan to help you get better. They really are committed to helping you get your mobility back.

I have had excellent care, communication, and results from my sessions with Annie Bassetti at Select PT. She's encouraging, supportive and reminds me that slow and steady is the best way to see progress. I always have a nice, comfortably private room to start my sessions and I can end with the awesome ice pack any time I wish. The facility is small, but has a lot of great equipment and although it's always busy, it never feels too crowded. I highly recommend this facility and Annie Bassetti!

Am new to this business, but my experience so far has been great. I love the location and the view out the windows to the stream course is soothing: a nice view for exercising. Karina at the front desk willingly gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. My first evaluation with Caroline made me confident in her ability to help me with my shoulder problem. The evaluation was thorough and she showed me a few exercises and sent me home with a resistance band so I could work on them at home. My only slight issue was that I have had to wait to start my treatment as the therapists were booked up several weeks ahead. I look forward to being treated in this pleasant environment full of helpful staff.

Jessica is the best. She has far exceeded my expectations in the area of PFPT even after only two appointments, she has identified issues that even multiple weeks of physical therapy previously have not addressed or identified. I started the process of finding PFPT during pregnancy and hope to transition to post birth treatment after delivery to help deal with things people brush off as "normal". Spoiler alert! It's not normal to pee on yourself....ever!

Great News! Select Physical Therapy located on Pacific next door toCentral Coast Audiology has remodeled! A new and delightful open space has been created overlooking a lovely ravine. I’ve been going there for several years and there is no doubt that this is the best place to heal, both mentally and physically. The entire staff from the front office to each and every physical therapist are wonderful. I am so thankful that my Osteopath recommended Select Physical Therapy.
